Apparatus and Method for Inspecting Welding of Secondary Battery
An apparatus for inspecting the welding for a secondary battery includes: a measuring unit measuring a power value (P) supplied to the welding apparatus and a taken time (S) when the electrode tab and the electrode lead are welded to each other to obtain measured welding data (Data); an instrument unit obtaining a waveform representing a relationship between the power value (P) and the taken time (S) by using the measured welding data obtained by the measuring unit to display the waveform on a graph; and an inspection unit comparing the measured welding waveform displayed on the graph with a normal welding waveform to inspect whether the defective welding occur in real-time.

DIPHASE STAINLESS STEEL CHEMICAL VESSEL BALLAST CABIN BULKHEAD AND PROCESSING METHOD
A diphase stainless steel chemical vessel ballast cabin bulkhead includes a front cover, a rear cover and reinforced string boards. The front cover and the rear cover are distributed parallel with each other. The front cover and the rear cover are inter-connected by the reinforced string boards. The reinforced string board includes a deformation groove and connection plates, and the connection plates are distributed on two sides of the deformation groove symmetrically with respect to a central line of the deformation groove. The reinforced string boards are evenly distributed between the front cover and the rear cover; the reinforced string boards and an axis of the front cover and the rear cover are distributed parallel. Adjacent reinforced string boards are mutually connected. A thickness of the front cover is at least one time thicker than that of the rear cover. The processing method thereof includes three steps.

The present invention relates to composition comprising a blend of at least one boron source and at least one silicon source, and the composition further comprises particles selected from particles having wear resistance properties, particles having surface enhancing properties, particles having catalytic properties or combinations thereof, wherein the blend comprises boron and silicon in a weight ratio boron to silicon within a range from about 3:100 wt:wt to about 100:3 wt:wt, wherein silicon and boron are present in the blend in at least 25 wt %, and wherein the at least one boron source and the at least one silicon source are oxygen free except for inevitable amounts of contaminating oxygen, and wherein the blend is a mechanical blend of particles in and the particles have an average particle size less than 250 m. The present invention relates further to a method for providing a coated product and a coated product obtained by the method.

This invention discloses a welding equipment for bridges, comprising a base, a fixed ring stand arranged on the top end surface of the base, a fixed block fixedly arranged on the bottom end surface of the fixed ring stand, wherein a first guide sliding groove is arranged in the top end surface of the base, a first guide sliding block in sliding fit connection with said first guide sliding groove. A welding ring stand is fixedly connected to the top end surface of said first guide sliding block; wherein a first adjusting threaded rod is in threaded fit connection with the first guide sliding block. A first motor is in power connection with one tail end of the first adjusting threaded rod. The first motor drives the first adjusting threaded rod to rotate to make the welding ring stand move to one side.
