Mannequin attachment devices are disclosed that are designed to be operationally connectable to a mannequin for supporting, stabilizing, and giving shape to headwear or a hood of a garment worn by the mannequin. Exemplary mannequin attachment devices include a lower portion operative to hold the device in a substantially fixed position upon an associated mannequin; a substantially hemispherical upper portion; and an intermediate portion extending between and interconnecting the lower portion to the upper portion. Systems are also disclosed that include such a mannequin attachment device and a mannequin having at least a neck structure and a shoulder structure. Methods of manufacturing such a mannequin attachment device are also disclosed, which methods include providing a mannequin, obtaining data regarding the mannequin, designing a mannequin attachment device shaped complementary to the mannequin, and producing the mannequin attachment device.

A garment manikin (mannequin) limb catcher to prevent damage to manikin limbs caused by accidental bumps once the limb is attached to a manikin torso. In situations where a manikin limb is attached to a torso by magnets, a bump to the limb can break the magnetic holding force, thus causing the limb to fall. This invention describes a limb with lead-in pin that has a bent tip, the pin being inserted into a hole on the torso. If bumped, the bent tip will catch on the hole's rim and prevent the limb from falling. In another variant, the torso can have the lead-in pin with a bend, and the limb has a hole. The pin with a bent tip acts as a catching element, and the hole acts as a stopping element.

An upper mounting bracket is disposed on an upper end of the rear side, the upper mounting bracket having at least one aperture thereon, and a lower mounting bracket is disposed on a lower end of the rear side, the lower mounting bracket having at least one aperture thereon, wherein each aperture is configured to receive a fastener therethrough. An exemplary embodiment includes a mounting plaque to which the base may be secured via the fasteners. The base is configured to support an article of clothing such as a sports jersey, while the mounting plaque is securable to a surface such as a wall in order to display the article of clothing.

A memorabilia support system. The memorabilia support system includes a base having a torso portion having a front side and a rear side. An upper mounting bracket is disposed on an upper end of the rear side, the upper mounting bracket having at least one aperture thereon, and a lower mounting bracket is disposed on a lower end of the rear side, the lower mounting bracket having at least one aperture thereon, wherein each aperture is configured to receive a fastener therethrough. An exemplary embodiment includes a mounting plaque to which the base may be secured via the fasteners. The base is configured to support an article of clothing such as a sports jersey, while the mounting plaque is securable to a surface such as a wall in order to display the article of clothing.

An outfit hanger and displayer has a head section, a shoulder section, a torso section, a bottom (hip/waist) section, a neck section, an arm section, and a hand section. In some embodiments the head section has a loop, a hanging hook and an earring section. The earring section can be made of, among other things, a polystyrene foam, a magnetic material, a plastic material, or an adhesive material. In some embodiments the torso section is expandable. In some embodiments the hanger has a necklace/scarf guide that can be used to display necklaces or scarves on the hanger. In some embodiments, the outfit hanger has at least one stabilizing foot.

A biodegradable mannequin is made of a biodegradable material and a method of making the biodegradable mannequin includes the steps of providing a biodegradable material, extruding the biodegradable material, filling a mold cavity of a mold with the extruded biodegradable material, pressing the extruded biodegradable material into the mold cavity, closing the mold, curing the extruded biodegradable material in the mold to form the mannequin, opening the mold, and removing the formed mannequin from the mold.
