ROOF LASER BRAZING SYSTEM
A roof laser brazing system comprises a side home position jig installed at each of opposite sides of the transferring path of the body in the brazing section, a roof-pressing jig detachably mounted on a handling robot, docked to the side home position jig, and that home-positions and presses the roof panel loaded on the opposite side panels, a brazing assembly mounted on at least one brazing robot in the side home position jig side and that brazes bonding portions between the opposite side panels and the roof panel using a laser as a heat source, and a grinding assembly mounted on the at least one grinding robot in the grinding section and that grinds brazing beads of the bonding portions between the opposite side panels and the roof panel.
Device for welding a rail joint of a track
A device for welding a rail joint of a track, comprising two rail clamping devices spaced from one another in a rail longitudinal direction which are connected to one another via push rods to press rail ends apart prior to welding. In this, it is provided that at least one rail clamping device is coupled to a transverse displacement device for flush-aligning the rail ends after being pressed apart.
WARPAGE SUPPRESSING REFLOW OVEN
Disclosed is a warpage suppressing reflow oven, which comprises a reflow oven body, where a perforated steel plate circulating device comprising a perforated steel plate is disposed at a reflow-oven inner oven. A plurality of downdraft modules is arranged in the perforated steel plate, and the downdraft acting forces thereof face the upper panel. More than one air extractor is communicated with the plurality of downdraft modules via a plurality of pipelines. Under actuation of the air extractors, the downdraft modules generate downdraft acting forces to the bottom surfaces of the products, so that the products are flatly attached to the universal perforated carriers without warpage in a heat soldering process. Thereby, more uniform heating of the products and better contact of solder joints and effectively improving the yield of reflow soldering operations are achieved.
Methods and systems for welding copper and other metals using blue lasers
A visible light laser system and operation for welding materials together. A blue laser system that forms essentially perfect welds for copper based materials. A blue laser system and operation for welding conductive elements, and in particular thin conductive elements, together for use in energy storage devices, such as battery packs.
Braze gap control tool system
A tool system controls and prevents gaps during processing of assemblies at elevated temperature. Gaps are prevented from arising at joints between components during temperature changes. The tool system includes a lever arm having a body, a connection configured to allow the body to pivot, a cam surface defined by the body and configured to engage the second component, and a weight arm extending from the body and over the second component. In response to movement of the second component, the lever arm is configured to pivot at the connection while the weight arm is configured to generate a force transferred through the body to the second component to maintain contact at the joint between the first component and the second component. A rod may be connected with the lever arm for added weight.

METHOD OF FITTING SOLDERING COMPONENT TO BOARD
A soldering component and a method of fitting it to boards are introduced. The soldering component includes a body and a fitting portion. The fitting portion is fitted to an object. The body has an engaging portion with an elastic retraction space conducive to elastic retraction of two or more engagement portions, allowing the engagement portions to engage with another object. The soldering component has a weldable surface to be soldered to a weldable surface of the object. The weldable surface of the object has a built-in solder layer adapted to be heated for soldering the soldering component and the weldable surface of the object together. The soldering component is disposed in a carrier, taken out with a tool, compared with the object by a comparison device to determine a fitting position on the object, positioned at the fitting position with the tool, thereby being fitted to the object.
Kits and methods for dumpster bottom replacement
A fixture for dumpster bottom replacement is provided including four vertical support legs, three fixed horizontal supports, with each horizontal support attached to two vertical supports, one slidable horizontal support which is slidably attached to two fixed horizontal supports, four upper supports which are integral with the vertical support legs or attachable to the vertical support legs and the upper supports comprise a plurality extension supports and one or more push pin assemblies. A kit for dumpster bottom replacement includes a fixture for dumpster bottom replacement as described above and a lift table including a surface capable of holding a dumpster that is vertically adjustable in height. A method of using a dumpster bottom kit includes placing a dumpster on the fixture with the lift table, securing the dumpster with a slidable horizontal support, removing the bottom of the dumpster and welding a new bottom onto the dumpster.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR WELDING
A welding apparatus includes a welding rod; a temperature measuring jig to measure a temperature of the welding rod; and a welding rod cooler to cool the welding rod.
