Welding Equipment for Bridges
This invention discloses a welding equipment for bridges, comprising a base, a fixed ring stand arranged on the top end surface of the base, a fixed block fixedly arranged on the bottom end surface of the fixed ring stand, wherein a first guide sliding groove is arranged in the top end surface of the base, a first guide sliding block in sliding fit connection with said first guide sliding groove. A welding ring stand is fixedly connected to the top end surface of said first guide sliding block; wherein a first adjusting threaded rod is in threaded fit connection with the first guide sliding block. A first motor is in power connection with one tail end of the first adjusting threaded rod. The first motor drives the first adjusting threaded rod to rotate to make the welding ring stand move to one side.
DEVICE FOR THE ROBOT-ASSISTED MANUFACTURING OF A SUPPORTING STRUCTURE FOR A PASSENGER TRANSPORT SYSTEM
The application relates to a device and to an assembly line for producing a supporting structure for a passenger transport system, such as an escalator, which have a sequential arrangement of semi- or fully automatically operating and mutually cooperating assembly stations and a sequential order of assembly steps. Each of the assembly stations can include at least one holding device and at least a welding robot as well as, optionally, at least one handling robot. The assembly stations are configured in such a way that intermediate products can be produced efficiently by respective assembly steps. Each can be coordinated with a subsequent assembly station, so that the intermediate products can be passed sequentially with optimized short cycle times from assembly station to assembly station, to be able to provide a finished, load-bearing supporting structure at the end of the sequence.
FRAME FOR FORMING IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE FRAME
A frame for forming an image forming apparatus for forming an image on a recording material includes a first stay, including a supporting portion for supporting the frame relative to an installation surface, for forming a bottom of the frame; a second stay, including a supporting portion for supporting the frame relative to the installation surface, for forming the bottom of the frame; a post to which the first stay and the second stay are secured; and a positioning portion, provided as a part of the post, for positioning the first stay and the second stay with respect to a horizontal plane direction. The first stay and the second stay are fixed to the post by welding.
Long and high resolution structures formed by additive manufacturing techniques
A method of additive manufacture suitable for large and high resolution structures is disclosed. The method may include sequentially advancing each portion of a continuous part in the longitudinal direction from a first zone to a second zone. In the first zone, selected granules of a granular material may be amalgamated. In the second zone, unamalgamated granules of the granular material may be removed. The method may further include advancing a first portion of the continuous part from the second zone to a third zone while (1) a last portion of the continuous part is formed within the first zone and (2) the first portion is maintained in the same position in the lateral and transverse directions that the first portion occupied within the first zone and the second zone.
Light Recycling For Additive Manufacturing Optimization
A method and an apparatus pertaining to recycling and reuse of unwanted light in additive manufacturing can multiplex multiple beams of light including at least one or more beams of light from one or more light sources. The multiple beams of light may be reshaped and blended to provide a first beam of light. A spatial polarization pattern may be applied on the first beam of light to provide a second beam of light. Polarization states of the second beam of light may be split to reflect a third beam of light, which may be reshaped into a fourth beam of light. The fourth beam of light may be introduced as one of the multiple beams of light to result in a fifth beam of light.
Integrated Precision Weldments
A method of locating a stake to a floor assembly jig includes providing a floor assembly jig and a stake having a plurality of segments, laser cutting one or more slots into a structural member of the floor assembly jig, inserting at least one segment of the stake into the one or more slots thereby providing a substantially precise position and alignment of the stake with respect to the floor assembly jig, and securing the stake to the floor assembly jig to maintain the substantially precise position and alignment of the stake.
FRICTION STIR WELDING TOOL, RELATE METHODS, AND ASSEMBLIES FORMED TO INCLUDE FRICTION STIR WELD
Described are tools useful to produce a friction stir weld, methods of forming a friction stir weld, and assemblies such as electronic devices that include a friction stir weld.
FRICTION STIR WELDING FLASH AND BURR CONTROL
Some examples include welding a first workpiece to a second workpiece. For instance, the first workpiece may be secured adjacent to the second workpiece. At least one of the first workpiece or the second workpiece includes a channel or a portion of a channel in a respective surface such that a complete channel is presented when the first workpiece and the second workpiece are secured adjacent to each other. A rotating tip of a welding tool is inserted into the complete channel for welding the first workpiece to the second workpiece. A surface burr resulting from the welding is located within the complete channel.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REMOTELY CONTROLLING JIG USING WIRELESS MAGNETIC SENSOR
A remote jig control system may comprise a jig configured to place a car body to a particular position, a wireless magnetic sensor installed in the jig, a control panel wirelessly connected with the wireless magnetic sensor via first wireless communication to receive state information about the jig from the wireless magnetic sensor, a gateway connected with the control panel via the first wireless communication to receive the state information, a user terminal connected with the gateway via second wireless communication to receive the state information; and monitoring server configured to receive the state information from the gateway and store the state information, wherein the control panel is configured to be controlled through the user terminal to generate a jig control signal corresponding to the state information.
Multilayer Component and Method for the Manufacture Thereof
The invention relates, among other things, to a component including at least one base plate, at least one cover plate arranged on the base plate, at least one damping layer arranged between the base plate and the cover plate and at least one stiffening element. The base plate is free from the cover plate and the damping layer at least in sections on the cover plate side in a connection area, and the stiffening element is connected to the base plate and the cover plate on the cover plate side in the connection area.
