Welding device

A welding device for welding and transmitting belts includes a feeding mechanism, a positioning mechanism, a welding mechanism, and a control unit. The feeding mechanism is used for storing and transmitting the belts to the positioning mechanism. The positioning mechanism receives and positions the belts. The welding mechanism includes a cylinder assembly and a welding assembly connected to the cylinder assembly driven by the cylinder assembly in a vertical direction and in a horizontal direction, whereby the welding assembly is horizontally and vertically moved to the positioning mechanism. The control unit controls an operation of the feeding mechanism, the positioning mechanism, and the welding mechanism.

A method of manufacturing an undercarriage track joint assembly includes forming at least a first portion of a seal assembly by laser brazing an annular, metal sealing washer to a first track link of the undercarriage track joint assembly. The method may also include performing the laser brazing to form at least one of an annular fillet of braze material between the first track link and at least a portion of an inner diameter surface of the washer and an annular fillet of braze material between the first track link and at least a portion of an outer diameter surface of the washer. The method may still further include inserting a second portion of the seal assembly into a counterbore formed in an axial face of a second track link of the track joint assembly such that an axial sealing face of the washer opposite from the first track link slidably engages with the second portion of the seal assembly on the second track link of the track joint assembly to form a sealing surface between the first and second track links.

A metal jointed body is formed by (A) making Ag films of two metal laminated bodies opposed to each other, the metal jointed body being configured by sequentially laminating a Zn film and an Ag film on an Al substrate serving as a member to be joined, and (B) bringing the Ag films into contact with each other, then (C) heating is performed while pressurizing, and closely adhering and solid-phase joining the Ag films to each other. The completed metal jointed body is a portion where AlAg alloy layers are provided on both sides of an AgZnAl alloy layer to join the Al substrates to each other.
