The laser welding apparatus includes: a laser beam emitting unit including a laser emitting element to irradiate a laser beam to the electrode lead and the main bus bar; a pressing jig including a pressing bar configured to move in a left-and-right direction such that the electrode lead is adhered to the main bus bar; and a blocking block movable to block the laser beam generated in the laser beam emitting unit from reaching the at least one secondary battery or movable to allow the generated laser beam to pass therethrough, according to a position of the pressing bar moved in the left-and-right direction.
Method for creating shunt free translucent flexible thin-film photovoltaic module
A method for shaping a thin-film photovoltaic cell module from a photovoltaic cell sheet according to a predetermined contour of the module, where the cell sheet includes a flexible substrate based on a polymer or metal foil and a photovoltaic stack including one or more photo-active layers arranged on a front surface of the substrate. The method includes: providing the cell sheet, directing a laser beam towards a rear surface of the substrate; creating, by the laser beam, a trench in the rear surface, the trench shaped according to the contour such that the cell sheet is “divided” in a first portion within the contour and a second portion outside the contour; affixing a handling tool to one of the portions of the cell sheet on the rear surface of the substrate; selectively separating the portions by displacing the handling tool and one portion relative to the other portion.
WELDING METHOD OF BATTERY COVER PLATE
A welding method of a battery cover plate includes performing at least two times of continuous welding along a connecting zone between a cover plate and a shell, and adjusting laser welding power, welding speeds, and defocusing amounts. Welding power of a first continuous welding is less than welding power of a second continuous welding. An amount of deformation of the shell is less than or equal to 0.6 mm after the first continuous welding, and the amount of deformation of the shell is less than or equal to 1.0 mm after the second continuous welding.
WELDING METHOD OF BATTERY COVER PLATE
A welding method of a battery cover plate includes: performing a first welding and performing a second welding. The first welding starts from an edge of one side of the cover plate, continuously welds a portion of a connecting seam between a shell and the cover plate, and ends at an edge of an opposite side. The second welding starts from an ending position of the first welding, continuously welds a remaining portion of the connecting seam, and ends at an initial position of the first welding, or, the second welding starts from the initial position of the first welding, continuously welds the remaining portion of the connecting seam, and ends at the ending position of the first welding.
Display device and method for manufacturing the same
A method for manufacturing a display device including a display panel having a folding area to be folded along a virtual folding axis and first and second non-folding areas adjacent to both sides of the folding area, and a window disposed on the display panel, the method including preparing a mother substrate having an effective area and a non-effective area divided by a cutting line, performing a first laser process along a first cutting line disposed in the first non-folding area, performing a second laser process along a second cutting line disposed in the second non-folding area, and performing a third laser process along a third cutting line disposed in the folding area, in which one end of the third cutting line overlaps a first end of the first cutting line, and the other end of the third cutting line overlaps a first end of the second cutting line.

The present disclosure relates to a battery module that prevents a swelling of battery cells, and a method for manufacturing the same. The battery module according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked, a first frame which is formed of a lower surface, and left and right surfaces to cover a lower surface and left and right surfaces of the battery cell stack; and a second frame of which an upper surface, and front, rear, left and right surfaces are integrally formed to cover an upper surface and front and rear surfaces of the battery cell stack, and the left and right surfaces of the first frame.
LASER MACHINING APPARATUS AND LASER MACHINING METHOD
A laser machining apparatus includes, a processing chamber, a window disposed in a surface of the processing chamber, a substrate carrier disposed inside the processing chamber and facing the window, a laser irradiator which irradiates a laser onto the substrate carrier through the window, a protector supplier disposed on a side of the processing chamber, a protector retriever disposed on an opposite side of the processing chamber opposite to the side of the processing chamber, and a protector which connects the protector supplier with the protector retriever, where at least a portion of the protector is disposed between the substrate carrier and the window in the processing chamber.
Methods and apparatus for temperature modification and reduction of contamination in bonding stacked microelectronic devices
This patent application relates to methods and apparatus for temperature modification and reduction of contamination in bonding stacked microelectronic devices with heat applied from a bond head of a thermocompression bonding tool. The stack is substantially enclosed within a skirt carried by the bond head to reduce heat loss and contaminants from the stack, and heat may be added from the skirt.
WELDING QUALITY INSPECTION DEVICE
The present invention provides an apparatus for inspecting a welding state in a welded portion for an electronic or mechanical coupling in a lithium secondary battery, the apparatus including: a measuring unit configured to obtain data for deriving a resistance value of the welded portion by allowing a resistance measuring probe to contact the welded portion; and a controller configured to communicate with the measuring unit, determine the resistance value of the welded portion by receiving the data obtained from the measuring unit, and determine whether a weak welding was performed by comparing the determined resistance value with a threshold resistance value, in which the measuring unit is configured to allow the resistance measuring probe to contact one end and the other end of the welded portion.
LASER WELDING METHOD
A laser welding method according to this disclosure is a laser welding method for welding first and second coils (members) to each other by applying a laser beam to the first and second coils in a state where the first and second coils are brought into contact with each other.
