CRIMPING TOOL
A crimping tool is provided. The crimping tool includes a stationary jaw and a movable jaw. The movable jaw is arranged adjacent the stationary jaw, the movable jaw being movable from an open position to a closed position A linkage is operably coupled to the movable jaw on one end, the linkage rotatable about an axle. A first input member is operably coupled to the linkage to rotate the linkage about the axle, the first input member rotating about a first axis. A second input member is operably coupled to the linkage to rotate the linkage about the axle, the second input member rotating about a second axis, the second axis being substantially perpendicular to the first axis.
Thermo valve and method of manufacturing same
A thermo valve is configured by coupling a valve body to a thermo actuator via a coupling part. The valve body has at least two recesses extending in a peripheral direction. The thermo actuator and the valve body overlap each other in a direction of an axial centerline to cover at least one of the recesses. The coupling part is formed by at least a certain section of the overlapping portion being depressed toward the axial centerline and another section of the thermo actuator fitting in the recesses. The depression of the coupling part has a shape elongated in a longitudinal direction along the axial centerline.
HEAT SINK HAVING PRESS-RIVETING STRUCTURE
A heat sink having a press-riveting structure includes a base and a heat sink fin. The heat sink fin is formed with a connecting portion, and the connecting portion is in contact with a contact surface of the base. One side of the heat sink fin can be stably supported, and it is easy for a press head to thrust a folded insertion portion of the heat sink fin, so that the heat sink fin is combined with the base more reliably, and the height of the heat sink fin is reduced. The heat sink fin won't be bent and deformed easily.
Pin Closure System
A pin closure system, especially for use in securing the upper and lower frame plates of a radiation therapy treatment mask. An upper sleeve having an expansile portion is placed and engaged within a shaped fenestration of an upper frame plate, while a lower sleeve having an expansile portion is placed and engaged within a shaped fenestration of a lower frame plate. An axial pin is inserted spanning both sleeves, causing the expansile portions to expand radially, engaging the sleeves together and locking the plates together. The system may also be used to use a single pin to simultaneously lock the upper and lower frame plates together and to an external substrate, such as a treatment table for repeatable and highly accurate patient positioning.
Reinforcing ring with sleeve
A compression collar is used for reinforcing an interference fit between a piping end and a fitting. The compression collar comprises a reinforcing ring having a tubular geometry with a radially-inward facing surface and a radially-outward facing surface. A sleeve is received around, at least in part, a portion of the radially-outward facing surface of the reinforcing ring and this sleeve wraps around one axial end of the reinforcing ring to form a stop edge thereon.
METHOD OF PRODUCING MICRONEEDLE ARRAY UNIT
Provided is a method of producing a microneedle array unit which is capable of suppressing damage to a microneedle array. The method of producing a microneedle array unit, including an array preparing step of preparing a microneedle array which includes a sheet and a plurality of needles arranged on one surface of the sheet; a container preparing step of preparing a container which includes an accommodating portion defining an opening and a space for accommodating the microneedle array, and a deformable portion disposed on a side opposite to the opening and integrated with the accommodating portion; an accommodating step of accommodating the microneedle array in the accommodating portion of the container by allowing the other surface of the sheet of the microneedle array and the deformable portion of the container to oppose each other; and a deforming step of deforming an outer surface of the accommodating portion inward, which is positioned between the one surface of the sheet of the microneedle array and the opening of the accommodating portion, to form a protrusion that reduces an area of the opening.
Compressor staking arrangement
A compressor is provided and may include a shell and a stator. The shell includes an inner surface and an outer surface. The stator may be attached to the shell at the inner surface via a first stake. The first stake may be formed by deforming a portion of the shell into the stator.
ROTARY MACHINING DEVICE, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HUB UNIT BEARING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING VEHICLE
Provided are an oil receiver (20) having an annular recess portion (52) which faces an entire circumference of an outer circumferential edge of a concave spherical portion (36), and a guide member (21) which guides lubricating oil, which has flowed out from a spherical engagement portion between a convex spherical portion (24) and a concave spherical portion (36), toward an annular recess portion (52).
ROTARY MACHINING APPARATUS, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HUB UNIT BEARING, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING VEHICLE
Provided are an oil pan (20) which has an annular recess portion (52) facing an outer circumferential edge of a spherical concave portion (36) throughout a whole circumference; and a cover (21) which is constituted in a tubular shape, of which one axial end portion is rotatably supported by a part adjacent to a radially inner side of the annular recess portion (52), and of which an axially opposite end portion is rotatably supported by a part of a shaft-equipped spherical seat (18) on the one axial end side.
BEARING AND BEARING PIN AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
A pinned roller bearing assembly and cage wherein the pin has two ends, a first end received in a first support ring, and a second end received in a second support ring, the pin comprising a threaded portion at one of the first or second ends, and the other end which is not threaded, or at least one shouldered end for engaging a countersunk support ring, or both a threaded end and one or both ends being shouldered.
