20240113605 · 2024-04-04 ·

A method for manufacturing a rotor including a rotor body, and a sleeve surrounding an outer peripheral portion of the rotor body and applying a pressurizing force toward an inner periphery to the rotor body, includes: preparing the sleeve having a tubular shape and having an inner diameter smaller than an outer diameter of the rotor body; expanding an inner diameter of the sleeve to be larger than an outer diameter of the rotor body, by applying a liquid pressure to an inner diameter portion of the sleeve; inserting the rotor body into the inner diameter portion of the sleeve while applying the liquid pressure; and fixing the sleeve to the rotor body by removing the liquid pressure and contracting the sleeve.

Method for assembling a composite housing fitted with a shaft and associated mounted elements

A method and device for assembling a composite housing fitted with a shaft and at least one associated mounted element are disclosed. The method may include the steps of: arranging the housing in a predetermined position with respect to an actuator; arranging the shaft in a predetermined position with respect to the housing and the actuator; selecting a mounting element to be mounted on the shaft; conveying the mounting element into a predetermined position within the housing; pushing the shaft via the actuator so that the shaft passes successively through an opening of the housing and an opening of the mounting element; and positioning the mounting element in a position adjacent to a heat source for a predetermined duration after the step of selecting the mounting element and prior to conveying the mounting element.

Device for assembling cams on a camshaft pipe

A device for assembling cams on a camshaft pipe of a camshaft may include a first gripper and a second gripper each configured for gripping and holding a respective cam. The first gripper and the second gripper may receive the respective cam in a common direction and may be movable in a common direction into alignment with respect to the camshaft pipe. The second gripper may be configured to grip and hold the respective cam that is pivoted by 90 with respect to an orientation of the respective cam in the first gripper.

Body connection of an axle auxiliary frame and method of producing the body connection

A body connection and a method of manufacturing the body connection is disclosed. A body connecting sleeve is formed in two parts from a spacer sleeve arranged in an axle auxiliary frame and from a body connecting sleeve which is coupled only to the upper shell of the axle auxiliary frame and substantially corresponds to the length of the centering extension. The body connecting sleeve is coupled exclusively in a form-fitting manner to the upper shell.

A shrink fit adapter for a collet chuck has a rear holding area that can be mounted inside a collet chuck and a front receiving area for holding a tool shank. A through opening runs from a front face of the receiving area to a rear face of the holding area. A clamping area extends into the rear holding area. Here, the adapter is formed with a plurality of slots, which extend radially outward from the through opening and are distributed over the circumference. The slots are arranged in a central area of the through opening and the front ends of the slots are spaced apart from the front face of the receiving area.

Device for positioning a number of elements

A device for positioning a number of function elements, each having a recess for a shaft, in a predetermined angle position on the shaft, may include a plurality of support balconies arranged one above the other, each being destined for a function element. A movable guide carriage may be configured to enable the shaft to be push the shaft from above through the recesses of the function elements. The support balconies may each include at least one gripper respectively fixing one function element. The at least one gripper may be arranged on an associated gripper carriage and may be adjustable in an x-direction and a y-direction relative to the associated gripper carriage and the support balcony. The associated gripper carriage may be mounted on the support balcony so as to be rotatable about a z-axis.
