Reversible display module including transparent display panel and display system including the display module
Provided is an electric device including: a main body comprising a storage chamber with an opening; a door coupled to the main body and comprising a transparent display panel such that the transparent display panel covers at least a part of the opening when the door is closed; a movement detector being configured to detect a movement of the transparent display panel and output a movement detection signal corresponding to the movement; and a controller configured to identify a position of the transparent display panel based on the movement detection signal, and control the transparent display panel to reverse an image displayed on the transparent display panel based on the identified position of the transparent display panel being changed from a first position to a second position.
LIGHTING SYSTEM AND METHOD
The invention provides a lighting system (10) for generating a configurable spotlight effect adapted to direct the attention of an individual from an initial location (34) to a defined second location (36). In particular, the invention comprises a presence detector (14) for detecting motion of an individual (22) at a detection location (28) within a detection area, and for detecting in which direction the individual (22) is moving. A configurable light source (12) is controlled by a controller (18) to create a light effect (30, 32) from a first location (34) in front of the individual (22) based on the direction of the individual (22) toward a defined location (36) so as to thereby draw the attention of the user toward said defined location.
A DEVICE FOR INDICATING STORED GOODS AND A STORAGE RACK WITH SUCH A DEVICE
The invention relates to a device (10) for indicating stored goods (102), particularly for an automated storage rack (100), which comprises at least one lighting device (12) with a plurality of separately controllable lighting elements (14). The lighting device (12) is configured in a bar-shaped manner, has a plurality of lighting elements (14) which are arranged with an offset from one another in a row (16) along the bar-shaped lighting device (12) and are orientated substantially vertically downwards. The lighting device (12) extends in a first horizontal direction (y) and can be moved in a second horizontal direction (x).
Interactive kiosk
An interactive kiosk configured to display items, attract consumers and maintain a consistent display appearance. The kiosk includes a vertically-oriented interactive display having an array of LED modules which are programmed to show images or other data related to intended purpose of the kiosk display. A combination of LED modules and non-visible filler panels behind a header panel can be included. One or more shelves, including optionally a top shelf having an interactive display is provided for displaying objects with which a user can securely interact, or otherwise select for purchase. The kiosk is adapted to mount to different retailer structures as needed.
MODULAR DISPLAY UNIT AND SYSTEM FOR FABRICATION
A modular display unit. The modular display unit includes a core shelving element or elements and a variety of end caps. To achieve a desired shelving configuration desired end caps are selected, and the core shelving units are attached to the end caps. In alternative examples a customer may go on line and order a custom made shelving unit by specifying a configuration, cut-out design, graphic design, and surface finish. The modular display units are easily shipped as flat sheets that may be assembled by the end user. The products are eco-friendly, and may be easily recycled as they are made of paper fiber products.
Inline display focal
A display fixture includes a gondola display unit having a plurality of adjacent gondola sections. Each gondola section has a base deck, a back wall supported by a pair of uprights and a toe kick located on a front of the base deck. An inline display focal is coupled to the gondola display unit to highlight one of the plurality of adjacent gondola sections and includes an upper frame, an outrigger and a kick plate assembly. A portion of the upper frame extends forward from the base deck and the toe kick of the gondola section. The outrigger is positioned forward of the base deck and the toe kick of the gondola section and includes at least two vertical members that depend downwardly from the upper frame to couple to the kick plate assembly that is attached to a front of the toe kick of the gondola section.
VIDEO DISPLAY DEVICE FOR INTEGRATION INTO GONDOLA SHELVING
There is provided a video display housing integrated within a gondola shelving unit. The gondola shelving unit has vertical uprights with receptacles for receiving shelving brackets. The video display housing is suspended by shelving brackets. The shelving brackets have engagement members which engage the receptacles in the vertical uprights of the gondola shelving unit to support the video display housing. The video display housing replaces a shelf on a gondola shelving unit. The retailer is able to rapidly remove and reconfigure the positioning of the video display housing, by removing the video display housing from one gondola shelving unit and replacing a shelf on another gondola shelving unit with the video display housing.
Entertainment Apparatus
An entertainment device is disclosed herein which integrates a fire feature, a water feature, a music system, and a controlled lighting feature into a single piece of furniture.
Product display systems and related methods
Product display systems are provided. The product display system may include a product display assembly. The product display system may also include a retail product positioned in proximity to the product display assembly. The product display system may further include a power source configured to output electrical current. At least one of the product display assembly and the retail product may include a shape-memory alloy. The shape-memory alloy may be configured to change from a first shape to a second shape in response to heat produced from electrical current provided by the power source.
