METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING VEHICLE
A method for manufacturing a vehicle in which a projected part formed on an assembly surface of one component and a recessed part formed on an assembly surface of the other component are fitted to each other so that the one component and the other component are assembled together is provided. A barb structure protruding outward and towards the root side of the projected part is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the projected part. Alternatively, a barb structure protruding inward and towards the root side of the recessed part is formed on an inner circumferential surface of the projected part and a groove into which the barb structure fits is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the projected part.
Hose Coupler
A system for installing hose couplings includes a motor, a drive shaft extending along and axis and powered about the axis by the motor, and a tool rotationally coupled to the drive shaft. The tool includes a hub and two arms extending outward from the hub and defining respective load surfaces such that both arms may tangentially abut a respective hook of a quick coupling for a blast hose when the quick coupling is aligned on the axis.

Rotor, motor, and method for manufacturing rotor
A rotor according to an embodiment includes a cylindrical magnet, a holder, and a balance adjusting portion. The cylindrical magnet has a bore portion into which a rotary shaft is inserted, the inner diameter of the bore portion being larger than the outer diameter of the rotary shaft. The holder is made of resin, and has a tubular portion formed in the bore portion of the magnet and a protruding portion protruding from the magnet in the rotation axis direction, the holder being press-fitted onto the rotary shaft. The balance adjusting portion is press-fitted onto the rotary shaft with the protruding portion interposed therebetween.

Method of manufacturing coil and method of manufacturing motor
A method of manufacturing a coil includes forming a wound body by winding a coil wire in multiple layers, and forming a coil by pressing the wound body using a die surrounding the wound body and compressively deforming the wound body. The wound body has a contour of a rectangular or substantially rectangular shape in cross section, and includes coil wire portions located in the cross section of the coil wire, the coil wire portions being aligned along each side of the rectangular or substantially rectangular shape. The coil has a contour of a fan shape or approximate fan shape in the cross section, where the coil wire portions are aligned in a direction along an arc and a radial direction of the fan shape or approximate fan shape.
