An automated assembly apparatus includes an assembly robot, which has a plurality of hands of different heights and an XY-axis moving unit movable in a horizontal direction, and a plurality of operation base units which have operation bases and Z-axis moving unit capable of moving the operation bases in a vertical direction. The automated assembly apparatus further includes a control unit which raises in advance, before the assembly robot reaches above the operation bases, the operation bases by the Z-axis moving unit to positions where the operation bases do not interfere with the plurality of hands.

Provided is a bearing insertion apparatus in which a movable carriage is provided on a base placed on a floor surface in a manner of being movable in a horizontal Z-axis direction corresponding to a direction in which the movable carriage moves toward or away from a housing. In addition, an apparatus main body for supporting a rolling bearing at a distal end thereof is supported such that the apparatus main body can be freely moved, by a guide mechanism, with respect to the movable carriage in a horizontal X-axis direction orthogonal to the Z-axis direction and in a vertical Y-axis direction orthogonal to both of the Z-axis direction and the X-axis direction.

A robot system includes an end effector configured to hold a workpiece, an operation device connected to the end effector and configured to operate the end effector, and a control device configured to control an operation of the operation device. The control device controls: a step of assembling the workpiece in a form in which a pressing-target object is sandwiched by arranging the pressing-target object on a first plate jig arranged at a set position and thereafter placing a second plate jig on the first plate jig through operating the end effector; and a step of conveying the workpiece to press position at which the pressing-target object is pressed by holding the pressing-target object, the first plate jig, and the second plate jig altogether as the workpiece with the end effector.
INTEGRATED MODULE FOR FORMING, DRESSING AND CHANGING, AND APPARATUS
An integrated module for forming, dressing and changing and an apparatus includes a primary mechanism, a forming mechanism, a dressing mechanism and a changing mechanism. The primary mechanism includes a mounting surface. The forming mechanism is configured to squeeze an electrode cap. The dressing mechanism is configured to cut the electrode cap. The changing mechanism is configured to remove or install the electrode cap. The forming mechanism, the dressing mechanism, and the changing mechanism are all provided on the mounting surface and are arranged at intervals from each other. According to the present application, the forming mechanism, the dressing mechanism and the changing mechanism are integrated on the mounting surface of the primary mechanism, thereby facilitating automatic switching between the dressing and forming functions, and thus the time required for manual operation and space occupation are greatly reduced.
