STOCKING TOOL
Provided is a stocking tool. The stocking tool includes a first adjustable rigid side member, a second adjustable rigid side member, and a handle operatively coupled to the first adjustable rigid side member and the second adjustable rigid side member. The first adjustable rigid side member and the second adjustable rigid side member move toward and away from each other to adjust a width defined between the first and second adjustable rigid side members. The handle is moveable between a locked position with the handle activating a locking device and an unlocked position with the handle deactivating the locking device. The width defined between the first and second adjustable rigid side members receives product on the shelf and the first and second adjustable rigid side members align the received product on the shelf.

SHOPPING CART BAGGING STATION AND METHOD OF FORMING THE SAME
Disclosed is a shopping cart bagging station that couples to a shopping cart. The shopping cart bagging station includes a center piece, a first and a second handle arm assembly, and a back plate. The center piece includes a bag holder hook that at least one shopping bag hangs from. The first and the second handle arm assembly each include a handle holder arm that an arm of the shopping bag hangs from. The back plate couples the bagging station to a shopping cart by securing a side of the shopping cart between the back plate and the center piece. The shopping cart bagging station can be mounted in various locations on a shopping cart, making it easy and convenient for a customer to carry and load a number of shopping bags as they shop.

Hanging bag dispenser
A hanging bag dispenser includes a bag support platform having a surface that contacts a last bag in a vertically supported bag pack. An angled mounting device is attached to the bag support platform to engage a mounting aperture that penetrates each bag in the bag pack. A positioning system is attached to the bag support platform and maintains the bag support platform at a sufficient height to allow the bag pack to extend downwardly from the mounting device. A pivotally mounted bag control arm is mounted to the bag support platform and permits installation of the bag pack on the mounting device when pivoted to a first, loading position and located to rest upon an outermost bag in the bag pack when pivoted to a second, control position. A surrounding control cage is attached to the dispenser to prevent a user from pulling a lower portion of the bag.
