ROTARY BASE FOR SECURING TOOLS TO A WORK TABLE

Rotary base for securing tools to a work table with a cylindrical support base and truncated upper end, in whose interior and concentric thereto, there is a threaded lower cover and a cylindrical base piston and with a truncated upper end with means to secure tools. The base piston is arranged on the threaded lower cover and is vertically displaced on this threaded lower cover through the interior of the support base, actuated by a lifting system between a lower unlocking position in which the base piston rotates freely around its axis with respect to the support base and an upper locking position in which the rotation of the base piston with respect to the support base is locked by means of friction of its truncated upper end against the truncated upper end of the support base.

To provide a controller, a data generation device, a control method, and a control program allowing a part of a machining program to be changed easily. A controller comprises: a storage unit that stores change designation data describing a command value in association with respective identifiers indicating at least one block among multiple blocks constituting a machining program for a machine tool; a change unit that reads the multiple blocks in the machining program sequentially, and changes the block indicated by the identifier based on the command value described in the change designation data; and an analysis unit that analyzes the block changed by the change unit., and generates execution data.

Detachment tool and motor drive device provided with the same

A detachment tool of the present invention is a tool for detaching a device attached to a wall portion. The detachment tool includes a member in which a first through hole and a second through hole are formed, a first screw that fixes the member to the device while inserted into the first through hole, and a second screw that pushes the wall portion while inserted into the second through hole. The first through hole is a threaded hole that screw-engages with the first screw or an unthreaded hole. The second through hole is a threaded hole that screw-engages with the second screw. According to such a configuration, the detachment tool in which operationality in detachment is good, flexible adaptation to a space can be made, and force applied in detachment is also easily managed, and a motor drive device provided with the same can be provided.

Adjustable levelling pad having a protection cap

An adjustable levelling pad includes a first component having first screw threads, a second component having second screw threads cooperating with the first screw threads of the first component, a bearing element having a bearing surface cooperating with the first component and a protection cap fastened to the first component and extending towards the second component. The protection cap at least partially surrounds the second component and is configured to cooperate in a sealing manner with the second component.

The present inventive concept discloses design providing for the mounting of a CNC cutting machine upon a sturdily framed wheeled vehicle. The vehicular cutting machine can then be transported upon its own integral structure, to practically any jobsite. This mobility is a particular advantage to the customer at the jobsite where there is a requirement for a smaller number of precision parts in a short time during a plant or facility start-up, shutdown, or power outage. The inventive concept presents a method of use of CNC cutting machines that has not been used in the metal-cutting industry, oftentimes because of harsh road environments or the sheer difficulty of designing and building a self-powered, self-equipped CNC cutting machine. The present inventive concept negates the problems previously encountered by the prior art, and makes possible a cutting machine which is transportable and immediately available for operation upon reaching a designated website.
