Guide bars protrude upward from the plurality of levers. The plurality of levers are each disposed to be movable in a radial direction of the circle. The clamp plate is placed on top surfaces of the levers. The clamp plate has elongated holes in the radial direction through which the guide bars penetrate. The lock mechanism urges the clamp plate downward such that the respective levers are fixed in a manner sandwiched between the baseplate and the clamp plate. The unlocking mechanism releases the fixing of the respective levers by the lock mechanism.

A wire tension mechanism may keep the wire fully stretched. The wire tension mechanism may include a curved guide rail mounted on the gantry and a vertical guide rail mounted on the carriage. A slider that slides vertically on the vertical guide rail and follows the curved guide rail may house a tension wheel that may keep the wire at a fully stretched state.

The bed has three tracks being respectively a first track, a second track, a third track arranged in order. Each one of the three tracks defines a respective guiding direction, and the three guiding directions of the three tracks are mutually parallel. The headstock assembly is connected to the bed, and is located near one of two ends of the second track. The at least one supporting assembly is mounted on one of the three tracks and is used for supporting the cylindrical workpiece. The at least one machining assembly is mounted on one of the three tracks, is slidable along the track, and is located on a position at a spaced interval from the at least one supporting assembly.

A heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a panel assembly having a first face and a second face terminating in a corner. The HVAC system also includes an end cap having a first surface and a second surface that are joined at a vertex. The end cap extends over the corner of the panel assembly such that the first surface of the end cap extends along the first face and the second surface of the end cap extends along the second face. The end cap includes a rib extending from the vertex and into a slot formed at the corner between the first face and the second face.

Machine tool having two tool spindles

A machine tool is provided with two vertically oriented tool spindles that are arranged to hold tools and that are movable vertically in a first direction and horizontally in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. Furthermore, the machine tool is provided with two workpiece support devices for clamping workpieces in place. At least one of the two workpiece support devices is movable horizontally in a third direction orthogonal to the first and the second direction. The two tool spindles and the two workpiece support devices are mounted on a common machine frame with a common working space, wherein the two tool spindles are movable parallel to one another in the second direction. The two tool spindles are facing one another.

Based on this general configuration and in particular the arrangement of the Z-slides (6a, b) for the at least one tool support (3a, b) outside of the Z-supports (16a, b) for the opposite spindle stock (2′) yields advantageous centers of gravity in particular of the move able components and a high level of stability of the machine and therefore high level of machining precision of the machine.
