A workpiece rotating apparatus including a first rotary positioner and a second rotary positioner which are arranged to face each other in a direction along a substantially horizontal rotation axis, which hold, respectively, one end portion and the other end portion of a long workpiece, and which can rotate the workpiece around the rotation axis, a linear motor which linearly moves the second rotary positioner in a direction along the rotation axis, and a motor controller which controls the linear motor to adjust a position of the second rotary positioner in a direction along the rotation axis, and the motor controller controls the linear motor so that magnitude of force acting on the linear motor from the other end portion of the workpiece via the second rotary positioner becomes equal to or smaller than a predetermined threshold.

Machine tool leveling adjustment device
A leveling adjustment device attached to a machine tool with supporting foot portions being adjusted manually to change a height, which includes a sensing module and a microcontroller unit. The sensing module senses the machine tool for inclined extents in two directions perpendicular to each other and then generates a sensed data. The microcontroller unit receives the sensed data and provides a graphical operation interface with first blanks and second blanks. The first blanks are used to fill with a length and width data of the machine tool while the second blanks are used to fill with a coordinate data corresponding to each of the supporting foot portions. The microcontroller unit calculates an adjustment sequence and an adjustment value corresponding to each of the supporting foot portions based on the data in the first and second blanks in conjunction with the sensed data and then displays in the graphical operation interface.

According to the present invention, the operating rate of a machine tool can be increased. Solution is made by a machine tool including a processing chamber surrounded by cover walls to perform processing of a workpiece to be processed, an equerre a part of which is arranged inside the processing chamber, the equerre fixing the workpiece, an opening arranged at a part of the cover walls for access to an inside of the processing chamber, and shutter doors movable between open positions where opening of the opening is performed so that the inside of the processing chamber communicates with an outside of the processing chamber, and closed positions where closing of the opening is performed so that the inside of the processing chamber is isolated from the outside of the processing chamber.

According to the present invention, the operating rate of a machine tool can be increased. Tailgating detection and monitoring assembly
A tailgating detection and monitoring assembly includes a speed detector, a sensor, a visual warning module, and an imager, which are configured to couple to a rear window of a first vehicle and are operationally coupled to a control module. The speed detector is configured to measure a speed of the first vehicle. The sensor is configured to measure a distance between the first vehicle and a second vehicle that is behind the first vehicle. The control module is positioned to determine a separation between the first vehicle and the second vehicle and a speed of the second vehicle based on signals from the speed detector and the sensor to determine a tailgating event. The control module is positioned to command the visual warning module to display a notification to a driver of the second vehicle and to command the imager to capture an image of the tailgating event.
Heavy object supporting device
A heavy object supporting device includes: a mounting table which is arranged to face a base, and on which a supported object is mounted; an annular sealing member which is arranged between the mounting table and the base and can be elastically compressed in the direction in which the mounting table and the base face each other; and a separation preventing structure which prevents separation between the mounting table and the base. A space, which is defined by the mounting table, the base, and the sealing member, is formed as a fluid-filled space that is sealed in a state filled with fluid. The separation preventing structure is configured to allow the mounting table to be moved relative to the base in the facing direction and the direction orthogonal to the facing direction while maintaining the sealed state of the fluid-filled space.
