Processing machine with nozzle changer and a protective enclosure
A processing machine for processing a workpiece with a processing beam includes a nozzle changer and a protective enclosure. The nozzle change is for mounting nozzles on or demounting nozzles from a processing head of the processing machine. The nozzle changer has multiple nozzle holders for holding nozzles. The protective enclosure is configured to close off a working space for the processing of the workpiece with the processing beam from a working space surrounding area. The nozzle changer is movable between a nozzle changing position within the protective enclosure and a setup position outside the protective enclosure.

TOOL CHANGER AND MACHINE TOOL
Provided are a tool changer and a machine tool having a plurality of tool storage magazines and capable of suppressing the generation of vibration. The tool changer performs tool change between first and second tool storage magazines. The center of gravity of the second magazine is disposed below the tool change positions of the first and second magazines. Preferably, the second magazine is inclined with respect to a horizontal plane.
Gripping device and system
A gripping device is provided in a turret-type tool magazine of a machine tool and grips a tool or a tool holder that holds the tool. The gripping device includes: a pair of arms configured to grip the tool or the tool holder by pinching the tool or the tool holder between the arms, a main body part configured to support the pair of arms so that each of the paired arms swings in the pinching directions to pinch the tool or the tool holder between the arms; and an angle detector configured to detect a physical quantity indicating a swing angle of the arm.
Cutting apparatus
A cutting apparatus includes a cutting unit that has a spindle with an annular cutting blade mounted to a tip part of the spindle through a blade mount, and a determining unit. The determining unit has a second flow path that is connected to a first flow path in a mounter of the blade mount for causing a negative or positive pressure to act on the first flow path, a measuring device that obtains a measured value of at least one of a pressure and a flow rate in the second flow path, and a screw-engaged state determining section that determines that a screw-engaged state of a fixed nut with a boss section of the mounter where the cutting blade is disposed is defective in a case where the measured value when the negative or positive pressure acts on the first flow path indicates an abnormal value.
INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM AND MACHINE TOOL
An information processing system includes a request accepting unit for accepting a request for a selected pot to store a selected tool in a pot of a machine tool magazine; a storing unit for storing a setting value in each of a first cell and a second cell of the selected pot; a selecting unit for selecting the first cell or the second cell for the selected pot; a determining unit for determining a condition to store the selected tool in the selected pot on the basis of a size of each tool, a selected cell, and a storage condition of each of the pots; and an informing unit for informing when the condition of storage is not met.
POLISHING HEAD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD
The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a polishing head management system and method. The polishing head management system includes: a storage device, a pick-and-place device and a data acquisition device, where the storage device is used to store polishing heads; the pick-and-place device is used to pick a polishing head or place a polishing head into the storage device; the data acquisition device is connected with the storage device and the pick-and-place device, and is used to record at least one management cycle of the polishing head.
Automatic attachment changer and boring machine having same
Disclosed are an automatic attachment changer and a boring machine having the same. The automatic attachment changer includes a stacker in which a plurality of attachments is stacked in a height direction by a unit of housing cell having a length larger than the attachments such that the attachment is individually arranged in each housing cell horizontally with respect to a bottom of the stacker, a stacker carrier having a carrier body secured to the stacker, a body transfer transferring the carrier body and a carrier power driving the body transfer, and an attachment changer controlling the stacker and the stacker carrier such that a select attachment is selected among the attachments and the select attachment is combined to a spindle assembly. The attachment is changed in the boring machine with high reliability and correctness.
PROCESSING MACHINE
A processing machine includes a splash guard, a tool spindle that is provided inside a processing area and holds a tool, and an automatic tool changer that is movable between an internal-side tool changing position inside the processing area and a standby position outside the processing area and changes the tool held by the tool spindle at the internal-side tool changing position. The splash guard includes a cover body that is coupled to the automatic tool changer, defines and forms the processing area when the automatic tool changer is positioned at the standby position, and enters the processing area when the automatic tool changer moves from the standby position to the internal-side tool changing position.
METHOD FOR LOADING AND REPLACING TOOLS IN MACHINING CENTERS PROVIDED WITH A MECHANIZED TOOL MAGAZINE, AND MACHINING CENTER USING THE METHOD
In a machining center provided with a mechanized tool magazine and with at least one movable tool-holding spindle capable of accessing the tool magazine, the tool is picked up from the tool-holding spindle and transferred to a tool replacement area by means of a dedicated, automatic transfer device that is independent of the tool magazine. After the replacement of the tool with a new tool in the transfer device, the new tool is returned to the tool-holding spindle by means of the transfer device.
