CUTTING APPARATUS
A cutting apparatus includes a magazine including a holder to hold a machining tool. The holder includes a container, a magnetic body, and an intermediate member. The container holds a flange of the machining tool. The container includes in its bottom surface a first insertion hole through which a tool body of the machining tool is to be inserted. The magnetic body is disposed under the container. The magnetic body includes a second insertion hole through which the tool body is to be inserted. The intermediate member is disposed inside the second insertion hole. The intermediate member includes a third insertion hole through which the tool body is to be inserted. A length of the intermediate member in a height direction is equal to or longer than a length of the magnetic body in the height direction. The intermediate member is made of a non-magnetic material.
BORING BAR TOOL CHANGER AND BORING BAR TOOL CHANGING METHOD USING SAME
An apparatus for exchanging a tool of a boring bar may include a magazine, a frame, a guide rail and an actuator. The magazine may be configured to receive a plurality of the tools. The frame may be arranged under the magazine. The guide rail may be arranged on the frame. The magazine may be movably connected to the guide rail. The actuator may be configured to rotate the magazine. Thus, the magazine configured to hold the tools may be arranged between the main shaft and the spindle exchanging apparatus to reduce a weight of the tool.
ENGAGEMENT COMPONENT, FEMALE MEMBER, AND TOOL REPLACEMENT APPARATUS
An engaging member, a female member and a tool changer that can be downsized are provided, and the engaging member is an engaging member including: an engaging surface that allows a cam provided in a male member to engage therewith; and a dispersing surface that transmits a force provided from the cam via the engaging surface, to a female member body, wherein the dispersing surface includes a first dispersing surface and a second dispersing surface perpendicular to each other, and a cross-sectional shape perpendicular to a longitudinal direction is formed in a substantially triangular shape by the dispersing surface and the engaging surface.

HANDLING APPARATUS FOR USE AT A MACHINE TOOL
The present invention relates to a handling apparatus 1 for use at a machine tool, comprising: a base body 2 which can be set up on a floor space, a storage body 3 which can be set up on the top side of the base body 2 and serves to store a plurality of workpieces or tools, and a handling robot 5, which is arranged on the base body 2 and has a gripper device 6 for receiving a workpiece and/or tool from the storage body 3 and for inserting the workpiece and/or tool taken from the storage body 3 by the gripper device 6 into a corresponding workpiece and/or tool support of the machine tool. A plurality of first set-up elements 18 are arranged on the bottom side of the storage body 3 and a plurality of first centering elements 19 are arranged on the top side of the base body 2, wherein, when the storage body 3 is set up on the top side of the base body 2, the first set-up elements 18 interact in each case in pairs and in self-centering manner with the first centering elements 19 in such a way that the storage body 3 adopts a predetermined reference position in relation to the base body 2.
Three-dimensional measurement device
Provided is a three-dimensional measurement device applicable to a machining machine. A sensor head contains a body and a collet chuck. A light emitting window and a light receiving window are provided on the front end of the body. A non-contact sensor is incorporated in the body. Laser light emitted by the non-contact sensor is radiated onto a workpiece through the light emitting window. Laser light reflected from the surface of the workpiece is received by the light receiving window. A collet chuck is attached to the rear end of the body. The collet chuck has the same shape as a collet chuck provided by each tool housed in a tool magazine of a machining center.
