Fast live tool system
A machine tool accessory including a monolithic flexure travel guide, a motor, and a position feedback sensor is provided. The machine tool accessory also includes an accessory tool spindle configured to rotate a tool, the accessory tool spindle being disposed within the monolithic flexure travel guide. The motor is configured to move the monolithic flexure travel guide, and the position feedback sensor is configured to measure position of the monolithic flexure travel guide. In some embodiments, the machine tool accessory further includes a controller configured to (i) communicatively couple to the motor, (ii) communicatively couple to one or more external devices, and (iii) cause the motor to move the accessory tool spindle in response to signals received from the one or more external devices.

A working machine comprising a working head (1) having a spindle (10) and which is movable in a xyz working space and further comprising a clamping device (2,3) for clamping pieces (100) to be worked by said machine. The clamping device (2,3) comprises first (21, 31) and second (22,32) clamping means which are movable along a z direction between a first operative position, in which they are in clamping contact with pieces (100) to be worked, and a second non-operative position, in which they are at a distance from said pieces (100), said first (21, 31) and second (22, 32) clamping means being fixed with respect to an xy working plane when in said first operative position and being movable together with said working head (1) in said xy working plane when in said second non-operative position, said first (21, 31) and second (22, 32) clamping means being alternatively moved between said first and second position during a working cycle of said working machine.

A method of detecting the current phase of the tensioning curve of an electric toggle tensioner, wherein the electric toggle tensioner comprises an electric motor and an evaluation unit. The method comprises at least the following steps: measuring the angle of rotation of the electric motor and the current motor current of the electric motor; evaluating the angle of rotation and the motor current by means of the evaluation unit to obtain an evaluation result; and determining the current phase of the tensioning curve of the electric toggle tensioner based on the evaluation result. An assembling equipment for performing asynchronous process on a first workpiece and a second workpiece. The assembling equipment includes a base and a conveying mechanism on the base. The conveying mechanism transports a first positioning assembly carrying a first workpiece and a second positioning assembly carrying a second workpiece to a first station synchronously, and a first attaching mechanism attaches a first component to the first workpiece at the first station. Then the conveying mechanism transports the first positioning assembly and the second positioning assembly to a second station synchronously, a second attaching mechanism attaches a second component to the second workpiece, and a first processing mechanism processes first workpiece that has been attached with the first component according to a preset requirement at the same time. The assembling equipment improves efficiency of production.
