Surface machining device
The invention relates to a surface machining device comprising a substrate support for receiving a substrate to be machined, a machining unit which can be moved relative to the substrate support along a first and a second movement axis, a position detecting unit for ascertaining the orientation of the substrate, and a control unit for controlling the movement of the machining unit dependent on the orientation of the substrate on the substrate support. The aim of the invention is to provide a surface machining device which can be produced in a compact manner and which allows a precise machining of the surface of the substrate to be machined in an inexpensive manner regardless of the position of the substrate on the substrate support. This is achieved in that the machining unit can be pivoted relative to the substrate support, in particular about a height axis which extends perpendicularly to the plane formed by the first and second movement axis.

A workpiece positioning device for a processing center, and a processing center and a method for positioning a workpiece mounted on a workpiece palette in a processing center is disclosed. The workpiece positioning device comprises a deposit place comprising a horizontal deposit surface for a workpiece palette with a workpiece mounted thereon and a pivot bearing that receives the workpiece palette on a first edge of said workpiece palette in a rotatable manner. Furthermore, the workpiece positioning device comprises a pivoting device for transferring the workpiece palette from a horizontal position into a vertical position, and vice versa. The pivoting device comprises a horizontal and a vertical linear axle and a gripping device and is disposed to grip a workpiece palette on another, second edge and to pivot, by simultaneously moving the horizontal and the vertical linear axles, the workpiece palette around the pivot bearing on a circular path.
Conveyor with linear axis devices
A conveying system including at least three axis devices for transporting component receiving portions for receiving a component and/or a component holder on a station path along a main transport direction in a component station. The axis devices each have a carriage assembly having one of the component receiving portions and having a feed apparatus for feeding the component receiving portion from an avoidance state to a transport position, and each have a linear shaft apparatus for moving the component receiving portion in the transport position along the station path in the main transport direction and for returning the component receiving portion in the avoidance state in a reverse direction. At least two of the axis devices are linear displacement axis devices which linearly move the component receiving portion in a spatial direction of the feed apparatus. The spatial directions each define a different projection direction in a projection plane perpendicular to the main transport direction.

This control device is provided with: a determination unit which determines whether or not to allow workpieces being conveyed to be retrieved or whether or not to allow workpieces to be delivered to workpiece containers being conveyed; and a control unit which generates, on the basis of whether or not the retrieval is allowed, a command to collectively retrieve a specified number of workpieces, or generates, on the basis of whether or not the delivery is allowed, a command to collectively deliver a specified number of workpieces, and thereby controls a machine.
WORK CONVEYING PALLET
A work conveying pallet includes a base in the form of a flat plate having front and back principal surfaces and a plurality of side surfaces, the front and back principal surfaces being configured to carry a work, a linear motion block provided on the base, the linear motion block being configured to move on a guide rail provided along a conveyance path, and locking members configured to be locked to a circulation belt of a pallet conveying apparatus, wherein the locking members are provided on at least two surfaces out of the front and back principal surfaces and the plurality of side surfaces of the base.
Conveying apparatus with double-speed mechanisms
A conveying device provided with a pair of shift frames arranged so as to be orthogonal to an advancing direction of a work piece, a pair of feed frames arranged so as to be orthogonal to the shift frames, double-speed mechanisms attached to the feed frames, and grasping mechanisms attached to the double-speed mechanisms. Additionally, the device has feed frames that are slidable relative to the shift frames, and double-speed mechanisms that are slidable to the feed mechanisms. The transportation apparatus also has a fast operating speed and reduces the interference region with a press apparatus as small as possible is provided.
