MOVING SYSTEM AND GEAR-CUTTING MACHINE
The invention relates to a moving system (100) for transposing workpieces that are provided for gear cutting on a workpiece spindle (200) and have a workpiece axis of rotation, from a first position (A), taken up while they are being fed, into a second position (C) that differs from the first position by at least a smaller distance between the workpiece axis of rotation and the workpiece spindle axis, having a first movement unit (36, 32, 34) which transposes a workpiece from the first position into a third position (B), different from the first and the second position, along a first movement path (AB), and a second movement unit (35) which transposes the workpiece from the third position into the second position along a second movement path (BC), wherein the moving system is also designed to transpose machined workpieces back out of the second position and to hold and move more than one workpiece at the same time, wherein, while it is being moved on the first and on the second movement path, the workpiece is held by one and the same holding unit (10, 10′) that directly holds the workpiece, without a movement caused by the second movement unit entailing a movement of the first movement unit.
AUTONOMOUS PROCESSING STATION
An autonomous processing station, in particular for machining a plate-shaped workpiece, for example, including a roller conveyor and a suction table disposed beneath the roller conveyor for clamping the workpiece. The roller conveyor includes movable rollers, in a longitudinal center region of the roller conveyor, so as to be movable to the side beneath stationary rollers at ends of the roller conveyor, so that the workpiece can be lowered through the resulting opening onto the suction table.
Vehicle body part rack with lateral supports able to rotate the vehicle body part
A vehicle body part rack, being used for placing a vehicle body part during assembly or post-treatment of the vehicle body part. The rack includes a base plate and vehicle body part supports arranged on the base plate. Each support has a head, and a supporting rod connected to the head and the base plate. The supporting rod is movable with respect to the base plate and the rack has lateral supports which are able to hold the vehicle body part and to rotate it.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC LOADING AND UNLOADING OF JOBS IN CNC MACHINES
The automatic loading and unloading system for CNC machines of the present invention makes use of cross slide component of the CNC machine itself and its sliding movements to perform loading and unloading a finished job from machine, and eliminating need of external robots/gantry. The system comprises a set of twin grippers placed at the cross slide, first gripper and second gripper. The twin grippers perform the load, unload and eject operations in two actions: firstly, the first gripper picks up new job from pickup zone, while the second gripper unloads finished job from chuck simultaneously; and secondly, the first gripper loads the new job into chuck, while the second gripper drops the finished job into an ejector chute from where the finished job comes out of the machine simultaneously.
Automatic load table
An automatic load table and related method are provided. The automatic load table utilizes a movable loading arm and a riser assembly with a stepped configuration. The movable loading arm is operable to move billets in a loading direction along the stepped configuration of the riser assembly. The movable loading arm is capable of lifting and separating adjacent billets in a single lifting motion.
MACHINE TOOL AND DRAG FRAME CONVEYOR FOR FEEDING/REMOVING WORKPIECES
A machine tool comprises a machine frame, a first spindle having a first workholder rotatable about a first axis, a second spindle having a second workholder rotatable about a second axis, a first tool carrier for machining one side of a workpiece in the first spindle, and a second tool carrier for machining a different side of a workpiece in the second spindle. The second spindle is arranged on a spindle carrier movable relative to the machine frame, using a carriage system, in parallel with and transversely to the first axis. The second workpiece spindle is pivotal on the spindle carrier, using a pivoting device, about a pivot axis that extends perpendicularly to a movement plane. The second tool carrier is positioned on a guide carriage movable relative to the machine frame in parallel with the pivot axis. A drag frame conveyor is provided to feed or transport workpieces.
