There is provided a processing machine and a processing machine line for which it is easy for an operator to view a screen display, including an operation panel with a free vertical and horizontal posture of a display in which a longitudinal dimension and a lateral dimension are different, in which a first display aspect which displays one screen that is displayed on the display and a second display aspect which is disposed lined up with two screens are switched. Switch buttons are set in order to perform switching between the first display aspect screen and the second display aspect screen, and the first display aspect screen and the second display aspect screen are mutually switched by operating the switching button, and during the switching, are rotated 90 with respect to the display.

A removal tool including a frame having a first side and a second side defining a longitudinal direction therebetween and a first end and a second end defining a transverse direction therebetween, a pivotable separating mechanism and a stopping mechanism is disclosed. The removal tool may be adapted to remove a portion of a pallet. The pivotable separating mechanism may include a first position and a second position. When the pivotable separating mechanism is moved from the first position to the second position the pivotable separating mechanism is adjusted from a first angle relative to the ground to a second angle relative to the ground. The second angle may be greater than the first angle.
MUNTIN BAR FABRICATION SYSTEM
A muntin bar fabrication system can be used to efficiency produce a wide variety of different types of muntin bars, allowing the fabrication of both standard and custom muntin bar assemblies for doors, windows, and other fenestration products. In some examples, the fabrication system includes a muntin bar stock storage assembly that holds multiple different types of muntin bar stock. The system also includes a muntin bar stock extraction device that extracts one of the different types of muntin bar stock from the storage assembly and conveys the extracted muntin bar stock to a feed device. The feed device feeds the extracted piece of muntin bar stock into a cutting system that includes a multi-axis cutter. The cutting system that performs one or more cutting operations on the extracted muntin bar stock so as to fabricate one or more individual muntin bars from the extracted muntin bar stock.
DEVICE FOR HANDLING PRODUCTS
Disclosed is a device for handling products between a workstation and another station having a collecting surface, having at least two mobile tables that are each provided with a receiving surface, the at least two mobile tables being configured to be able to be disposed side by side, adjacent to the collecting surface, so as to be able to transfer products at the same time between the at least two tables and the collecting surface. Also disclosed is a method for handling products between a workstation and another station by the disclosed device.
Facility and method for manufacturing torque sensor shaft
The invention provides equipment for manufacturing a torque sensor shaft by forming a magnetostrictive region including a metallic glass coating in a predetermined pattern on a side face of a shaft-shaped workpiece. The shaft-shaped workpiece is rotatably attached on a conveying pallet. The conveying pallet is successively conveyed to each of work devices including a preheating device for the shaft-shaped workpiece, a thermal spraying device for forming a metallic glass coating on a side face of the shaft-shaped workpiece, a masking device configured to provide a covering corresponding to the pattern on the coating, and a shot blasting device configured to provide shot blasting directed toward the metallic glass coating including the covering. Preheating, thermal spraying, masking, and shot blasting are performed respectively on the shaft-shaped workpiece while rotating the shaft-shaped workpiece on the conveying pallet at each of the work devices. Therefore, the favorable manufacturing equipment can be provided.
Pallet transport device
A pallet transport device includes a plurality of pallet rails; a pallet feeding unit configured to transport the pallet along the pallet rails; a pallet moving unit configured to horizontally rotate so as to move the pallet; one or more short rails disposed at a periphery of the pallet moving unit; a pallet feeding assist unit configured to move the pallet from the pallet rails to the short rails, or move the pallet from the short rails to the pallet rails; and an elevator unit configured to cause the pallet feeding assist unit to descend and ascend. The horizontal rotation of the pallet moving unit is permitted by the descent of the pallet feeding assist unit.
Indexing apparatus and method of indexing
An indexing apparatus includes a fixture tool, movable relative to an operation cell, and an indexing feature, fixed relative to the fixture tool. The indexing apparatus also includes a sensor, configured to detect the indexing feature. The indexing apparatus further includes a controller, in communication with the sensor. The controller is configured to locate the fixture tool relative to the operation cell from an indexing-feature location of the indexing feature, identified by the sensor.
Plant for processing products
A plant for managing products provides a plurality of work areas, each bounded by perimeter walls. Each work area has at least one robotic unit for moving and handling the products. The work areas are connected together by at least one overhead conveying unit for conveying products from one work area to another. The plant is efficient, reliable, versatile and safe.
Machine tool system and workpiece transport method
A lathe includes a lathe-side chuck that holds a workpiece with the workpiece directed toward or facing a front side, a main spindle that rotates around an axis, and a tool that machines the workpiece. A machining center includes a rotary tool that rotates around an axis in the horizontal direction and an MC-side chuck that holds the workpiece and is able to turn between at least a workpiece pass/receive position in which the workpiece is directed toward or facing the front side and a machining position in which the workpiece is directed toward or facing the rotary tool. A loader includes a guide rail extending above the lathe-side chucks, and MC-side chuck along the horizontal direction and a loader head that holds the workpiece and carries the workpiece between at least the lathe-side chucks, and MC-side chuck by moving along the guide rail.
