ASSEMBLING EQUIPMENT
An assembling equipment is for attaching a component to a workpiece. The assembling equipment includes a platform, a conveying mechanism, a first attaching mechanism, a film removing mechanism, and a second attaching mechanism. The conveying mechanism transports a positioning assembly carrying a workpiece to a first station. The first attaching mechanism attaches a first component with a protective film to the workpiece at the first station. The conveying mechanism transports the positioning assembly to a second station, and the film removing mechanism at the second station removes the protective film from the workpiece. The conveying mechanism transports the positioning assembly to a third station. The second attaching mechanism at the third station attaches a second component to the first component on the workpiece to be connected together. The assembling equipment reduces manual labor intensity and labor costs and improves efficiency of production and the product quality.
MATERIAL CARRYING DEVICE AND LOCATING ASSEMBLY
A device for carrying materials in a manner allowing for easy loading but effective capture in location when loaded includes a frame, a carrying assembly positioned on the frame, a locating assembly, and a driving assembly. A connecting rod of the locating assembly is movably positioned on the frame and a first bracket of the locating assembly is positioned at an inlet side of the carrying assembly. The driving assembly drives the connecting rod and a first limiting rod swings synchronously with the connecting rod, to close the carrying assembly when loaded, preventing materials from accidentally falling out of the carrying assembly when it is tilted or jarred.
PALLET TRANSFER SYSTEM, PALLET TRANSFER METHOD, AND PALLET TRANSFER PROGRAM
A technique appropriately controls transfer order of a pallet. A pallet transfer system includes a transfer device, a pallet storage, a work station, a machine tool, and a control device. The control device transfers a second pallet from the work station to the pallet storage when the machining of the workpiece attached to a first pallet is completed in a state where the first pallet is in the machine tool and the second pallet is in the work station, and the control device transfers the first pallet from the machine tool to the work station after completion of the transfer of the second pallet from the work station to the pallet storage, or in parallel with the transfer of the second pallet from the work station to the pallet storage.
TRAY AND MAGAZINE FOR HANDLING PROFILES
To increase the degree of automation in the manufacture of profiles, a tray for the interim storage, the handling and the transport of profiles is proposed, comprising: a frame, and at least two carriers which are secured parallel to one another on the frame, in order to retain and/or mount respective profiles on the carriers, wherein a stop is provided, said stop being provided at one end of the carriers in the longitudinal extent thereof and/or at one end of the frame, in order to be used as a reference point for the position of the profiles. Moreover, corresponding magazines and a transport device and a processing device are proposed.
WORKPIECE RECEIVING SYSTEM FOR CONVEYOR BELT STORAGE SYSTEM
A workpiece transport element for placement on a transport belt and for receiving workpieces, including a bearing pin disposed on a holding element for engaging in an opening in the workpieces for support during transport, wherein the holding element includes at least two bearing pins that are movably mounted with respect to the holding element and have different diameters, wherein the bearing pins are selectively movable into a transport position or out of the transport position. The workpiece transport element can also include bearing pins including a tip, wherein, for storing shaft-like parts, a vertical guide rail including a counter-holder that is movable thereon in a longitudinal direction of the guide rail and includes a holding tip is provided.

An unloading station for a metal-cutting station and a metal-cutting machine for cutting tubular or bar-shaped workpieces. The unloading station has an unloading installation which receives workpieces guided out of a metal-cutting station and one or more workpiece supports into which the workpiece can be transferred from the unloading installation. A discharging installation for selectively discharging workpieces from the unloading installation has a longitudinal conveyor installation that extends at least between the unloading installation and the workpiece support, and which includes a workpiece turnout by way of which the workpiece delivered from the unloading installation can be selectively transferred into the longitudinal conveyor installation or onto the workpiece support.
