The invention relates to a device for machining a flat workpiece, which comprises: a machine stand which comprises a support surface for a flat workpiece, wherein the support surface is formed by at least one counterholder, on the front face of which the workpiece can be placed, a hold-down unit, by means of which the workpiece is pressed against the support surface, and a processing head which can be moved relative to the support surface for the machining of the workpiece, wherein the at least one counterholder comprises a vibration damper which acts in a direction perpendicular to the support surface.
CONVEYANCE SYSTEM
This conveyance system (190) comprises: a main control device (150) that receives a conveyance request for a workpiece (W) from a plurality of processing machines (1A, 1B); and a conveyance device (100) that conveys the workpiece (W) between a storage shelf (2) and the plurality of processing machines (1A, 1B). The main control device (150) transmits a standby signal indicating whether or not a plurality of conveyance requests are held in the main control device (150). A local control device (70) of the conveyance device (100) moves a carriage (10) with a first travel control parameter when the standby signal indicates that the plurality of conveyance requests are held in the main control device (150), and moves the carriage (10) with a second travel control parameter when the standby signal indicates that the plurality of conveyance requests are not held in the main control device.
VIBRATION DAMPING SYSTEM AND MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool includes a machine element, an active vibration damper arranged on a region of the machine tool for damping a vibration of the machine element, and a vibration sensor facility arranged to detect the vibration of the machine element at a first point and at a second point of the machine tool, with the vibration of the machine element to be detected being smaller at the second point than at the first point. The active vibration damper is designed to damp the vibration of the machine element as a function of a variation between a first actual value detected by the vibration sensor facility at the first point and a second actual value detected by the vibration sensor facility at the second point.
POWER TOOL INCLUDING A BATTERY PACK ISOLATION SYSTEM
A power tool includes a housing, a motor positioned substantially within the housing, a drive mechanism supported by the housing and coupled to the motor, a battery pack electrically coupled to the motor, and an isolation system. The isolation system includes an interface member positioned substantially within the housing. The interface member receives a portion of the battery pack to electrically couple the battery pack to the motor. The isolation system also includes a plurality of isolators coupled between the housing and the interface member to isolate the battery pack from the housing during operation of the power tool.
VIBRATION DAMPING IN A MACHINE TOOL HAVING MULTIPLE VIBRATION DETECTION
A machine tool includes a machine control unit to output control signals to drives for machine elements. A tool which machines a workpiece is thereby moved relative to the workpiece in a position-controlled manner. Arranged in a first region of one machine element is an active vibration damper to damp vibration in a second region of the machine elements as the workpiece is machined by the tool. In order to detect the vibration, a first sensor is arranged in the first region of the machine element and a second sensor is arranged on another machine element or in a different region of the one machine element. Actual values detected by the first and second sensors and corresponding target values are supplied to a dual controller which determines on the basis of these values, a resulting manipulated variable for the active vibration damper and actuates the active vibration damper accordingly.
Tool spindle and machine tool including same
A tool spindle for machine tool includes a tool spindle having a front end in which a tool is mounted and installed to be rotatable, and a vibration damping device mounted in a rear end of the tool spindle to damp cutting vibration generated at the front end of the tool spindle, and including a rigid member coupled to the rear end of the tool spindle and a tuned mass member elastically supported by the rigid member.
Machine tool with optimized orientation of vibration dampers
A machine tool includes a first machine element movable in a travel direction and having first and second side faces. The first and second side faces of the first machine element run parallel to the travel direction and are oriented at a right angle to each other. The first machine element is moved in the travel direction in a guideway of a second machine element by a drive unit in a positionally controlled manner. The machine tool further includes first and second vibration dampers which are oriented at a right angle to the travel direction and configured to dampen vibrations of the first machine element in respective vibration directions. At least one of the first and second vibration dampers is oriented to solely dampen a vibration in a vibration direction that is neither parallel to the first side face nor parallel to the second side face.
