SILENT SPIRAL CONVEYOR
A spiral conveyor having a novel structure that is adapted to handle any chip while having a simple structure and is capable of achieving low vibration and low noise is provided. A tray for a spiral conveyor is configured from an outer tray, an inner tray which is placed over the inside of the outer tray, and a vibration damping material which is interposed between the outer tray and the inner tray. The tray has a fixing means for detachably fixing the inner tray and the vibration damping material to the outer tray on the outside of a conveyance spiral casing. The vibration damping material may be a single vibration damping material which is continuous over substantially all of the area between the outer tray and the inner tray, or may alternatively be arranged so as to be separated into a lower vibration damping material that is provided in a noise generation area with which a conveyance spiral is brought into contact and upper vibration damping materials that are provided in a noise propagation area including the fixed portion.
Machine tool
A machine tool has a cover that prevents chips generated by machining and cutting fluid from scattering around and a plurality of movable nozzles with liquid discharge directions thereof being movable so as to wash out chips that have adhered to or accumulated on an inner surface of the cover. The machine tool is capable of changing a discharge direction of each of the movable nozzles individually. The machine tool compares the state of the inside of the cover before start of machining with the state of the inside of the cover after chips are generated to determine an adhesion or accumulation state of chips. The machine tool thus calculates the liquid discharge direction to wash out chips from the movable nozzles based on a result of the determination.
INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE AND MACHINE TOOL
An information processing device according to an aspect processes an image P0 to be used for a machine tool that takes the image of an imaging area with a camera and discharges fluid toward a target on the basis of the image P0. The information processing device includes: a reference information storage unit that stores, in advance, a line BL that is to correspond to an outline of a specific area SA of the machine tool on the image P0 when the image P0 is displayed; a correction unit that turns the image P0 in a rotating direction of an optical axis of the camera so that the outline of the specific area SA displayed on the image PO matches the line BL; and a display control unit that causes a corrected image, resulting from correction by the correction unit, to be displayed on a display unit.
POWER TOOL WITH DIGITAL VARIABLE RELUCTANCE MOTOR CONTROL
A power tool includes a control for the motor of the power tool that senses an operating characteristic of the motor and controls the operation of the power tool based on the sensed characteristic. The sensed characteristic includes variations in reluctance of the motor. A controller may sense changes on load on the motor as a result of interaction between a working element such as a saw blade or drill bit and the work piece. The controlled operation may include variation in speed or torque or both, or may include stopping the motor. Emergency conditions may be sensed by changes in reluctance.
MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool for cutting swarf entangled with a tool. A chuck is attached to a spindle of the machine tool, and grips a workpiece. The chuck is constituted by a first sub chuck and a second sub chuck detachably attached to the first sub chuck. The second sub chuck provided with a cutting tool is attached to the first sub chuck, and the cutting tool is caused to perform an opening/closing operation using a drive force of an opening/closing drive mechanism for gripping/releasing the workpiece, thereby cutting swarf entangled with a turning tool into fragments.
Jack Hammer Silica Dust Suppression System
A dust suppression system for a jack hammer includes a spraying device that applies a fluid spray to an area surrounding the jack hammer. The spraying device includes a bracket connected to the jack hammer and a nozzle that creates the fluid spray. The system also includes a fluid source and a pump in fluid communication with the fluid source and the spraying device. The pump directs fluid from the fluid source to the spraying device. The bracket directs fluid from the pump and the fluid source to the nozzle.
CUTTING FLUID SUPPLY DEVICE OF MACHINE TOOL
The cutting fluid supply device of a machine tool includes a storage tank of a cutting fluid, a cutting fluid discharge port which discharges the cutting fluid, at least one pump which feeds the cutting fluid to the cutting fluid discharge port, a first filter, a second filter which has filter performance different from the first filter, a path switching unit which switches the paths of the cutting fluid and a control unit, and the control unit controls the pump and the path switching unit so as to switch, as the paths, to a first path along which the cutting fluid is fed without being passed through the filters, a second path along which the cutting fluid is passed through the first filter and is fed and a third path along which the cutting fluid is passed through the second filter and is fed.
Circular saw
A circular saw, in particular hand circular saw, is disclosed. The circular saw has a workpiece support surface, a saw blade and a protective cover, which covers the saw blade in a region above a workpiece to be processed. The protective cover has such a geometry and position with respect to the saw blade that a straight line, which originates from the first deflection of a tangent applied at the intersection of the saw blade circumference with the workpiece support surface from the protective cover encloses an angle of up to 30, in particular up to 20, with a line perpendicular to the workpiece support surface.
Tool changing method and tool changer
A tool changer is composed of a support shaft, a forward/backward movement drive motor moving the support shaft upward and downward, a rotation drive motor rotating the support shaft about an axis, a tool change arm having tool grippers formed at both ends thereof, and an air blow mechanism discharging compressed air to a tool and a next tool gripped by the tool grippers. In tool change using this tool changer, in a positioning operation, the tool change arm is rotated by degrees and compressed air is discharged toward the tool and the next tool by the air blow mechanism.
Machine tool having a conveying device for leading away chips
A machine tool for machining a workpiece clamped in the working space of the machine tool by means of a tool. The machine tool includes a machine bed, which has a chip collection region having at least one conveying channel open on the working space side for collecting chips that drop during the machining of the workpiece, and a conveying device for leading away chips that have dropped into the chip collection region in the at least one conveying channel. The conveying device has a stationary supporting shaft, which extends in the at least one conveying channel in the longitudinal direction of the conveying channel, wherein a spiral element is rotatably supported on the stationary supporting shaft, and wherein the conveying device also comprises a drive for driving the rotational motion of the spiral element about the stationary supporting shaft.
