CUBE-SHAPED ORNAMENT AND PHOTO DISPLAY
A cube-shaped display article includes an inner cube-shaped base and a first image substrate that is formed of a plurality of individual image receiving sections that are arranged in a first pattern, such as a cross shape. The first image substrate having a plurality of crease lines to permit folding of the individual image receiving sections of the first image substrate for positioning the individual image sections against corresponding faces of the inner cube-shaped base. An outer hollow cube-shaped cage for placement over the inner cube-shaped base. The outer hollow cube-shaped cage captures the first image substrate which is located between the outer hollow cube-shaped cage and the inner cube-shaped base and serves to press the individual images against the corresponding faces of the inner cube-shaped base.
BASE STRUCTURE FOR WATER BALL ORNAMENT
A base structure for a water ball ornament includes a hollow and transparent main body and an opening facing upward, the opening in connection with a water ball ornament, an inner wall of the main body covered with a patterned back plate, one side of the main body provided with a photo frame holder, the photo frame holder configured with a slot and a window in communication with the slot, the slot allowing a photo to be inserted in, and the photo being directly visible through the window.
HINGED DISPLAY FRAME FOR A GREETING CARD
A display frame for a card includes a frame, an insert removably connectable to the frame, and a holder having a first panel hingedly connected to a second panel. The first panel is removably received within the insert and the second panel is movable relative to the first panel.
Removable customizable casket panel
Caskets, cap panel assemblies for a casket, and methods for manufacturing cap panel assemblies are described. A casket may include a casket shell, at least one casket cap pivotally mounted on the casket shell, and a cap panel assembly mounted in the at least one casket cap. The cap panel assembly may include a cap panel, a puffing member attached to each edge of the cap panel, a cap panel insert positioned in-line with the cap panel, and a plurality of resilient members positioned on a front face of the cap panel insert. The plurality of resilient members may be tensioned, for example, to hold keepsakes, memorabilia, or other types of objects on or in the cap panel insert. The cap panel insert can include a mounting bracket or a screw and wire assembly for mounting the cap panel insert on a wall.
FRAME SETUP METHODS FOR DIGITAL PICTURE FRAMES
A picture frame and methods of setup, gifting, and/or use. Network connection allows digital frames to be set up remotely by a first user for a second user. The first user can upload photos from electronic devices or from photo collections of community members before the second user receives the frame device. The frame is thus ready for display upon powering on by the second user. An integrated camera is used to automatically determine an identity of a frame viewer and can capture gesture-based feedback. The displayed photos are automatically shown and/or changed according to the detected viewers. The photos can be filtered and cropped at the receiver side. Clustering photos by content is used to improve display and to respond to photo viewer desires.
PLANAR DISPLAY ASSEMBLY
A planar display assembly is provided with a planar display pane. A frame is provided with a dado sized to receive the planar display pane. A plurality of retainers mounts to the frame about an inner periphery of the frame to retain the planar display pane within the frame. At least one of the plurality of retainers is elastically deformable to deform during installation of the planar display into the frame, and to expand to retain the planar display pane within the frame. A plurality of apertures or a channel may be formed in the frame about the dado. The plurality of retainers may mount to the frame within the plurality of apertures or the channel of the frame to retain the planar display pane within the frame.
