AUTOMATIC MACHINE HEALTH ASSESSMENT SYSTEM FOR ASSESSING HEALTH OF A MACHINING TOOL

A machine assessment system of the present disclosure is for a machining tool including a spindle. The machine assessment system includes a calibrated spindle tool configured to couple to a distal end of the spindle, a displacement sensor configured to measure a performance characteristic of the machining tool based on a controlled excitation of the calibrated spindle tool, and a controller communicably coupled to the displacement sensor to acquire the performance characteristic. In measuring the performance characteristic, the displacement sensor is detached from the calibrated spindle tool. The controller is configured perform a machine health assessment based on the performance characteristic.

A cable bushing fitting machine includes: a fitting region; a mandrel disposed at said fitting region, said mandrel being hollow to receive a cable therethrough; a first rotatably mounted stripping jaw arranged in the fitting region; a second rotatably mounted stripping jaw arranged in the fitting region; a drive configured to mount cable bushings onto cable by successively disposing respective ones of the cable bushings onto the mandrel, feeding the cable through the mandrel, and executing a relative movement between the mandrel and the first and second rotatably mounted stripping jaws to locate the respective cable bushings onto the cable; a camera directed toward the fitting region to capture images of the respective cable bushings located on the cable; and at least the first rotatably mounted stripping jaw having a rotation axis, the first stripping jaw rotation axis being laterally offset from an optical axis of said camera by a distance sufficient to permit the camera unimpeded views of cable bushings in the fitting region when the first stripping jaw is at least to a first selected extent opened.

The present invention relates to a display manufacturing field. Disclosed is a substrate clamping device. The substrate is arranged on the trolley. The clamping arms arranged on the trolley are used for fixing the substrate. The clamping arms move up and down as rotating by means of the rotary lifting mechanism, thereby clamping and releasing the substrate. The impact on the substrate is small in the entire clamping process, and the handling of the substrate is facilitated. The clamping arms arranged around the substrate and symmetrically arranged in pair can keep the force of the substrate uniformly and can clamp the substrate more reliably.

The system includes a manipulator, a machining tool and a controller being adapted for controlling the manipulator to operate the machining tool according to the method as above. With this solution, the system can generate wave paths of a machining tool, so as to extend the life of the tool and ensure the processing quality.

The controller includes a communication interface and operates the vibration mechanism to output the excitation signal and transmit a vibration input signal based on the excitation signal by way of the communication interface. The casing houses the vibration mechanism and the controller.
