The present disclosure relates generally to picture frames and picture cabinets, and more specifically to rotatable picture frames and picture cabinets. In some embodiments, the picture frame may be easily rotatable between a landscape display and a portrait display via a set of recesses that correspond to a set of protrusions on a hanging mount. The picture frame may also support a varying number of photographs in a varying number of picture support compartments while also allowing the picture frame to be accessible while said picture frame is mounted on a planar surface such as a wall.

A picture stand system for coupling a stand to a picture frame includes a picture frame. A stand is provided and the stand is selectively coupled to said picture frame. Moreover, the stand is configured to props the picture frame up on a support surface thereby facilitating the picture frame to be displayed. An adhesive layer is coupled to said stand. The adhesive layer adhesively engages the picture frame to retain the stand on the picture frame.

A photograph frame has a backing plate with an integrally formed support member that can be bent out of a plane of the backing plate to support the frame at a viewing angle. The support member incorporates an integral locking member that is bent out of a plane of the support member to maintain the support member in a fixed position. Both the support member and locking member are formed in situ with the backing plate.

Specifically, a frame mounting system is configured to hold a polygonal shaped frame at different orientations based on placement of the frame on and within the frame mount. The different orientations include mounting a side edge of the frame in the frame mount and holding in place with an interference fit, and mounting a corner of the frame in the same frame mount and holding in place with an interference fit.
