System for monitoring standard parts
System for measuring misalignment of a tool (2) in a press device (1), the tool (2) comprises at least a first part (3) and a second part (4), which are movable relative to another in a guided manner by means of guide means comprising at least a guide pillar (10) provided in the first part (3) which is led in a guide bush (12) provided in the second part (4), wherein the system comprises measuring means (20) provided to detect misalignment of the tool (2). According to the invention, the measuring means (20) are mounted directly at the guide means.
Testbed device for use in predictive modelling of manufacturing processes
A testbed device includes high performance actuators, a video microscopy system and a plurality of high resolution, throughput sensors adapted or configured for collecting data that may be used in predictive modelling of machine processes.
PRODUCTION SYSTEM
A production system includes a machine tool (10), a robot (25) having a camera (31), an automatic guided vehicle (35) having the robot (25) mounted thereon, and a controller (40) controlling the automatic guided vehicle (35) and the robot (25), and has an identification figure arranged in a machining area of the machine tool (10). The controller (40) stores, as a reference image, an image of the identification figure captured by the camera (31) with the robot (25) in an image capturing pose in a teaching operation. When repeatedly operating the automatic guided vehicle (35) and the robot (25), the controller (40) estimates an amount of error between a pose of the robot (25) in the teaching operation and a current pose of the robot (25) based on the reference image and an image of the identification figure captured by the camera (31) with the robot (25) in the image capturing pose, and corrects operating poses of the robot (25) based on the estimated amount of error.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MEASURING TOOLS
A device for determining a dimension of a tool having a cutting edge includes a first light source configured to emit light parallel to a first axis, an image sensor which is associatable with a second axis extending orthogonally to the image sensor and an analyzing unit. The first axis and the second axis are inclined relative to each other. The device is configured such that the light emitted from the first light source is reflectable by the cutting edge of the tool in such a way that light spots arranged in a line on the image sensor are generatable by the reflected light. The analyzing unit is configured to determine positions of the light spots. The dimension of the tool is determinable based on the positions of the light spots.
Method for documenting at least one work step, and hand-held tool
The invention relates to a method for documenting at least one work step with a hand-held tool, wherein the hand-held tool has at least one camera mechanically connected to the tool, in which the steps of activating the camera and capturing images of the work step which is performed with the hand-held tool, and the generation of image data pertaining to the work step are provided.
Wood processing system
Provided is a wood processing system including a wood conveying device having a longitudinal direction along one direction in the horizontal direction and being capable of conveying wood along the longitudinal direction; a multi-axis processing machine arranged on one side in the longitudinal direction of the wood conveying device, the multi-axis processing machine including a spindle capable of being attached with a first tool, and a spindle moving device having two or more linear axes perpendicular to one another and two or more rotational axes for moving the spindle; and at least one multi-articulated robot arranged along the wood conveying device on the other side in the longitudinal direction of the wood conveying device, the at least one multi-articulated robot including a wrist capable of being attached with a tool unit including a second tool, and an arm having six or more rotational axes for moving the wrist.
MEASURING DEVICE AND METHOD
A protection member for an optical measurement device, such as a break-beam tool setting device for a machine tool. The protection member includes a conduit through which light and air can pass. The conduit is configured such that, in use, a beam of light is passed through the conduit along an optical axis and a stream of air is guided out of the conduit along an airflow axis. The optical axis is non-parallel to the airflow axis and the conduit has a varying cross-sectional profile along the airflow axis. Improved measurement repeatability is provided.
MACHINE TOOL, MACHINE TOOL CONTROL METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM
A technique for preventing a coolant from adhering to a discharge inhibited portion is provided. A machine tool capable of machining a workpiece includes: a first discharge unit that discharges the coolant removing a chip of the workpiece; a portion inside the machine tool and to which the coolant should not be discharged; a first drive unit that changes a relative position between the first discharge unit and the portion; and a control unit that controls the machine tool. The control unit performs processing for recognizing a position in the machine tool of a moving object by the first drive unit between the first discharge unit and the portion, and processing for controlling the discharge of the coolant by the first discharge unit such that the coolant is not discharged to the portion based on the position recognized in the recognition processing.
