Automatic tool setting system and method based on spectral confocal displacement sensor
The invention discloses an automatic tool aligning system based on a spectral confocal displacement sensor. The system comprises three-dimensional mobile platform, tool aligning component based on the spectral confocal displacement sensor, clamping device, machine tool and the control module. The three-dimensional mobile platform is fixed on the outer side of the machine tool, the tool aligning component is connected with the three-dimensional mobile platform, the clamping device used to clamp the workpiece is fixed on the center of the machine tool through mechanical connection, and the spectral confocal displacement sensor is connected with the control module. After judging the collected working condition data, the control module outputs a control instruction to the three-dimensional mobile platform.
CUTTING APPARATUS AND METHOD
In a cutting apparatus a rotating carousel conveys caps made of synthetic plastic material to a fixed blade having the shape of a circumferential arc. The caps are rotated about themselves by spindles. The blade cuts an annular weakening line to form the tamperproof ring of the cap. The carousel has an emitter and a laser receiver that cooperate to detect the presence or absence of the cutting edge of the fixed blade. The apparatus ensures good cutting quality.

The electronic sensor is a contactless optical sensor, provided in an interface area of the control device, configured to measure a distance separating at least one target, located in the interface area, and the optical sensor, the electronic board being configured to establish a first control of a main function of the powered equipment, when a signal from the optical sensor is established for a measured distance within a first range of distances, and to establish a control for at least one additional function of the powered equipment, different from the main function, when a signal from the optical sensor is established for a measured distance greater than the first range of distances.

The method may include preparing a mounting device including a rotatable mounting head, a holding means to hold the electronic component, a component recognition camera, a memory device, and a microcomputer, the electronic component being mounted onto the circuit board based on a result of performing recognition processing with respect to an acquired image, determining a mid-operation instruction action mode at start of a production operation, executing an instruction of obtaining an offset value relative to a rotation center of the rotatable mounting head and storing the offset value in the memory device at a time interval according to the determined mid-operation instruction action mode, and executing the instruction at a longer time interval when the instruction has continuously met a required accuracy more than once.
