A machining system with a configuration in which working machines, including a machine tool, are configured to be disposed in a line, and in which multiple working machines perform operations on one work in order, is provided. The machining system includes: a base; and multiple working machine modules which are mounted on the base and are arranged in an arrangement direction, and has a configuration in which each of the multiple working machine modules is capable of being drawn out from the base along a track extending in an intersecting direction intersecting with the arrangement direction.

A manufacturing system includes a base and multiple work machine modules that are attachable and detachable to and from the base arranged in the arrangement direction on the base or on the side of the base, in which the plurality of work machine modules include one or more processing work modules that perform machine processing work on a workpiece using a tool, and one or more supplementary work modules that perform supplementary work that is work supplementarily performed to the machine processing work. Since it is possible to easily increase and decrease the number of processing work modules and supplementary work modules or sort the modules, it is possible to easily recombine the modules with respect to modification of the manufacturing process.

The present subject matter illustrates a portable-arrangement for assembling a down-hole tool for usage in a well-bore. The arrangement comprises a plurality of intermodal-containers for multi-modal transportation of freight defined by a plurality of modules. The modules are adapted for perforating a received base-pipe, de-burring the perforated pipe, and facilitating assembly of a plurality of screen-units around the base-pipe to achieve a screen assembly for sand and flow control. A roller flow conveyor-module is configured for providing automated-conveyance in respect of the base pipe within and across the modules. Accordingly, the assembling cum manufacturing is achieved at a local location (i.e. onsite) in the country of oil and gas wells operations enabling delivery in shorter lead times, improved inventory management and high in country value.

The present invention relates to a transport device (100) for receiving one or more module units having machine tool accessory devices and for transporting the one or more received module units to a machine tool (1000) set up on a base surface for use of the machine tool accessory devices of the one or more received module units on the machine tool (1000), wherein the transport device (100) is freely movable on the base surface for positioning the one or more received module units relative to the machine tool (1000), in particular within a region in front and/or next to the machine tool (1000) and/or in front and/or next to a working space of the machine tool (1000).
Processing machine and processing machine line
There is provided a processing machine and a processing machine line for which it is easy for an operator to view a screen display, including an operation panel with a free vertical and horizontal posture of a display in which a longitudinal dimension and a lateral dimension are different, in which a first display aspect which displays one screen that is displayed on the display and a second display aspect which is disposed lined up with two screens are switched. Switch buttons are set in order to perform switching between the first display aspect screen and the second display aspect screen, and the first display aspect screen and the second display aspect screen are mutually switched by operating the switching button, and during the switching, are rotated 90 with respect to the display.
Machining system
Provided is a highly practical machining system. The machining system is configured to include a base, and multiple machining modules which are detachably disposed on the base to be aligned with one another in a left-right direction. Machining is sequentially performed by the multiple machining modules with respect to a workpiece. At least one of the multiple machining modules is a vertical lathe module. Described herein is a method for setting up and/or reconfiguring an industrial plant, in particular for the manufacture of motor vehicles or sub-assemblies thereof. The method includes providing a plurality of mobile processing stations, each mobile processing station comprising a palletisable platform and at least one interface unit provided on the palletisable platform and configured for the coupling of the mobile processing station with one or more further adjacent mobile processing stations; arranging mobile processing stations according to a pre-set layout; and coupling at least one interface unit of each mobile processing station with the at least one interface unit of one or more further mobile processing adjacent stations thereto. Each interface unit includes at least one of the following: an electrical and/or electronic coupling device; a fluidic coupling device; and a mechanical coupling device.
Movable stand with casters and processing machine line
A movable stand with casters for installing each of a plurality of separate type control panels that correspond to a plurality of machine tools disposed in parallel and are disposed to be separated from the machine tools, is provide.
