WHEEL FRONT BURR REMOVING DEVICE
Disclosed is a wheel front burr removing device, comprising an upper servo motor, a right support plate, a right slide plate, right guide rails, a right cylinder I, a right cylinder II, a right driven conical friction wheel, a rim burr cutter, a right workbench, a right shaft, a mandrel and the like. Rim burrs are removed on the right station while cap section burrs are removed on the left station, double stations are adopted for machining, so the efficiency is very high.
MULTIPLE MILLING BITS MILLING MACHINE
An example milling machine includes a base and a receiving platform mounted to the base to receive a first workpiece and a second workpiece. The receiving platform is moveable along a first axis. The milling machine also includes a support platform mounted to the base, a first plurality of milling bits to cut the first workpiece, and a second plurality of milling bits to cut the second workpiece. The first plurality of milling bits and the second plurality of milling bits are moveable along a second axis via the support platform. Each milling bit of the first plurality of milling bits and the second plurality of milling bits is to move along a third axis independently.
DEVICE FOR THE PRECISE ANGULAR POSITIONING OF TOOL-HOLDERS SUITABLE FOR CNC MACHINES AND TOOL-HOLDERS EQUIPPED WITH SUCH DEVICE
A device for the precise angular positioning of tool-holders suitable for CNC machines, in particular tool-holders (10) motorised or non-motorised, comprising a front part (12) and an opposite rear part (14) and suitable to perform angular machining on multi-spindle and single-spindle CNC lathes, on transfer machines, milling centres and machine tools which perform machining by chip removal, comprises a plug (18) cooperating with a pair of pins (28), (30) arranged orthogonally relative to said plug and adjustable in rotation. Each of the pins (28), (30) comprises an offset cylindrical central portion (32), forming a cam which, by rotating, interacts with said pins to achieve said precise angular positioning of the tool-holders (10).
MACHINE TOOL, IN PARTICULAR MULTI-SPINDLE TURNING MACHINE
The present disclosure relates to a machine tool, in particular multi-spindle turning machine, comprising a machine frame, a turret body being rotatably supported by the machine frame, a plurality of workpiece spindles being arranged on the turret body, each of the workpiece spindles having a workpiece receiving portion for receiving a respective workpiece on one side of the turret body facing a working space of the machine tool, and a torque motor for driving a rotation of the turret body. The torque motor is arranged at a back end portion of the turret body opposite to the side of the turret body facing the working space of the machine tool, and a position locking mechanism for locking a rotational position of the turret body is arranged at a front end portion of the turret body on the side of the turret body facing the working space of the machine tool.
MACHINE TOOL, IN PARTICULAR MULTI-SPINDLE TURNING MACHINE
A machine tool, in particular multi-spindle turning machine, comprising a machine frame, a turret body being rotatably supported by the machine frame, a plurality of workpiece spindles being arranged on the turret body, each of the workpiece spindles having a workpiece receiving portion for receiving a respective workpiece on one side of the turret body facing a working space of the machine tool, and a plurality of tool post assemblies supported by the machine frame around the turret body, wherein each tool post assembly includes a tool post having one or more tool cartridge receiving openings respectively being configured to detachably receive a tool holder cartridge TC holding a tool.
MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool includes a first loader configured to convey a workpiece to a first machining section, a second loader configured to convey the workpiece to a second machining section, and a workpiece conveyance device configured to deliver the workpiece between the first loader and the second loader.
