A machine tool includes a rotary table to which a workpiece is mounted, a brake, a displays, a memory configured to store a table in which values of a first coefficient correspond to different sizes of a disturbance torque, and values of a second coefficient correspond to different sizes of inertia of the workpiece. The controller is configured to calculate a size of the disturbance torque, find a first coefficient corresponding to the calculated size of the disturbance torque and the table, find a second coefficient corresponding to the size of the inertia of the workpiece and the table, accumulate the found values of the first and second coefficients, and cause the display to generate an indicator of necessity of a replacement of the brake in response to that the accumulated values of the first and second coefficients reaches a predetermined value.

A rotating table is maintained in a stationary state by generating a clamping torque while ensuring a long enough lifetime of a plate spring. Provided is a rotating table device including: base members; a rotating member that is supported by the base members so as to be rotatable about an axis; a brake disk that is secured to the rotating member; and a clamping mechanism that clamps the brake disk, wherein the clamping mechanism is provided with a piston that is attached so as to be movable between a clamped position and an unclamped position in a direction along the axis with respect to the base members, a plate spring that is secured to the piston and the base members and that biases the piston toward the clamped position, and a coil spring that is disposed between the piston and the base members, and that constantly biases the piston toward the clamped position.

Rotary table device
A rotary table device includes a table provided on one end-side of a main shaft rotatably supported in a frame; and a drive transmission mechanism transmit rotation of an output shaft of a drive motor to the main shaft and including a drive transmission member and accommodated in an accommodation space formed in the frame. The table is supported with respect to the frame by a bearing provided between a lower surface of the table and an upper surface of the frame, and a space is provided between the lower surface of the table and the upper surface of the frame. The frame is provided with a communication passage configured so that the space and the accommodation space communicate with each other.
DRIVE UNIT
A drive unit having a transport element has at least one entrainer engaging into a drive groove of a barrel cam, an electrical drive device, and a base control device that is adapted to receive control signals for the operation of the drive unit from a user interface programmable by an operator and to output a drive signal to the drive device in dependence on a received control signal. The drive device is adapted to drive the barrel cam to make a rotational movement and thus to drive the transport element in response to the drive signal. The base control device is further adapted to selectively operate the drive device in a full operation mode or, if no control signal is received after the output of a drive signal and after the elapse of a cycle time duration of the drive unit, to set it into a standby operation mode in which an electrical supply of the drive device is interrupted.
Wheel bolt hole chamfer device
A wheel bolt hole chamfer device is composed of a base, a support frame, a lower servo motor, a turntable, stop blocks, guide rails, strong springs, a driving friction wheel, driven shafts, driven friction wheels, chamfer cutters and the like. The device can be put into a production line as a fourth-procedure machining device, and bolt hole chamfers are no longer machined in three procedures, so that the three-procedure machining time is reduced; and after the fourth procedure for machining the bolt hole chamfers is supplemented, the machining time of a single wheel is shortened, and the efficiency is improved. The device integrates pitch diameter adjustment and rotating drive of the chamfer cutters, so that a drive system and a power system are greatly simplified, i.e., the manufacturing cost of the device is reduced, all bolt hole chamfers can be machined at the same time.
