SPINDLE DEVICE AND MACHINE TOOL
A cooling gas is fed from an ejection nozzle into the interior of a through-hole which is formed in a radially central portion of a main spindle, and which penetrates through said main spindle in an axial direction. The cooling gas passes through radial venting holes provided in a plurality of locations, in the circumferential direction, in an axially intermediate portion of the main spindle, is fed into axial venting holes provided in a plurality of locations, in the circumferential direction, extending from one axial-direction end of the main spindle to an intermediate portion thereof, is caused to flow through the axial venting holes, and is discharged from discharge holes.
FIVE-AXIS PROCESSING MACHINE
The present invention relates to a five-axis machining apparatus. A five-axis machining apparatus according an embodiment of the present invention includes: a column; a slide coupled to the column so as to be slidable in a vertical direction; a main spindle drive unit supported on the back of the slide; and a tiltable spindle module detachably coupled to the front of the slide, and configured to receive rotation power from the main spindle drive unit.
TOOL POST COMPRISING A PLURALITY OF TOOL-HOLDER SPINDLES AND NUMERICALLY-CONTROLLED MACHINE TOOL INCLUDING SUCH A TOOL POST
A tool post including a body extending according to an axis A-A, the latter including, at one of its ends, a base for fastening to a numerically-controlled machine tool and, at the other end, a head movable in rotation, the head including at least two tool-holder spindles, each being intended to receive a cutting tool in engagement, the spindles occupying, depending on the angular position of the head, a working position in which they are intended to carry out a machining operation on a workpiece held in position in a fitting or a standby position in which they are withdrawn from the workpiece, each of the spindles being configured to be controlled independently of the other in order to immobilise or drive in rotation the cutting tool carried thereby, irrespective of the position it occupies.
Machine tool cable protection device
The present disclosure relates to a machine tool cable protection device including a universal head having a rotary part and rotatably and tiltably installed in a ram body, a cable having one side connected to a rotary part of the universal head, and the other side connected to a supply source, a rotation unit disposed on the rotary part of the universal head and configured to wind or unwind the cable while rotating in conjunction with a rotation direction and a rotation angle of the rotary part of the universal head, and a movement unit disposed in the ram body so as to rectilinearly reciprocate to compensate for a change in length of the cable that is wound around or unwound from the rotation unit in accordance with a rotation direction and a rotation angle of the rotation unit.
Belt-transmission angle attachment head
The present invention discloses a belt-transmission angle attachment head, including a housing, a power mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a spindle; the power mechanism and transmission mechanism are arranged in the housing; the power mechanism includes a servo motor and a reducer, the servo motor is connected to the reducer, and an input shaft of the reducer is vertically arranged with respect to an output shaft of the reducer; the transmission mechanism includes a driving wheel, a transmission belt and a driven wheel, and the driving wheel is mounted on the output shaft of the reducer; a side of the spindle is mounted on the housing via a rotating shaft, an end of the rotating shaft away from the spindle is mounted with the driven wheel, the driving wheel and the driven wheel are connected via the transmission belt, and the spindle and the power mechanism are located on the same side of the transmission mechanism. The angle attachment head has advantages such as small size, simple structure and suitable for deep cavity machining.
