JIG AND METHOD FOR MAKING REINFORCEMENT CAGE
The present disclosure relates to a jig for manufacturing a reinforcement cage, which comprises a base member, a plurality of rollers disposed on the base member and spaced at intervals, a trolley which is movable on the base member; a driving device for driving the trolley; and a member for positioning the main reinforcement disposed at the first end of the base member.
Automated compound retrieval and delivery of lumber
An automated lumber handling method for transferring various size boards from multiples board storage stations to a common board-receiving area uses a trolley that carries at least two board pickers that can operate independently. The method provides several operating modes. In a first mode, a first board picker retrieves single boards from various stations, while a second board picker is inactive. In a second mode, two board pickers retrieve two individual boards from a single station. In a third mode, one board picker retrieves one size board from a first station, and s second board picker retrieves a different size board from a second station. The two different boards can be released simultaneously at the board-receiving area. In some examples, the lumber at each station is laser scanned to determine the number of boards at each station, and a worker is notified if a station needs to be restocked.
PIPE MACHINING SYSTEM FOR POSITIONING PIPE MACHINING APPARATUS IN THREE-DIMENSIONAL COORDINATE SYSTEM
In one aspect, a pipe machining system is provided and includes a positioning apparatus, a pipe machining apparatus, and an adjustment member coupled to the positioning apparatus and a pipe machining apparatus. The adjustment member is configured to move the pipe machining apparatus relative to the positioning apparatus. In one aspect, the pipe machining system also includes a position tracking apparatus configured to identify a position of the pipe machining apparatus relative to a pipe on which the system is mounted.
Device for machining rod-shaped workpieces such as window profiles or door profiles
A device is provided for machining rod-shaped workpieces such as window profiles or door profiles. The workpieces can be moved in a horizontal plane in a Z direction by a transport device. A machining device with tools is provided in a plane arranged substantially vertically to the direction of movement of the workpieces, which machining device is spatially oriented in the vertical plane in relation to the workpiece. The machining device includes an open arc arranged in the vertical plane to the workpiece, the arc being mounted to rotate about the workpiece in the Z axis as an open flat ring.
Machining centers for metal profiles
A machining center for machining profiles may include: a base having a longitudinal axis, the base defining a work surface extending with first and second ends along the longitudinal axis, wherein the base is configured to receive a profile manually laid along the longitudinal axis of the base by an operator or by a specially-designed automatic feeder; a plurality of support and lock members for supporting and locking the profile on the base, wherein each of the support and lock members can be placed on respective profiled guides which extend parallel to the longitudinal extent of the base between the first and second ends, and wherein each of the support and lock members is displaceable independently along the longitudinal extent of the base; a pair of vertical columns, each of the columns supporting at least one first motorized spindle; and/or a portal structure, comprising an upper beam, above the base.
Rail processing device and method
A rail processing device (1) comprising at least a first (3A) and a second work station (3B) provided on a common frame (30), and configured to alternately lock a rail (2) when the latter is being processed, each work station (3A, 3B) comprising at least a first magnetic anchorage plane (4) configured to cooperate with a web (2A) of the rail (2) when the latter is being processed in the respective station, and a transport system (50A, 50B) to move the rail (2) from the first work station (3A) to the second work station (3B) and vice versa.
BAR FEEDER AND MACHINE TOOL
Provided is a bar feeder that pushes a rod-shaped workpiece into a hollow main shaft having a holding mechanism at one end of the main shaft, from another end, the bar feeder being arranged in a work room arranged adjacent to a processing room where the main shaft is installed, the work room being provided with a work machine including a transport mechanism for moving an article to and from the processing room, and the bar feeder being arranged at a position at which at least a portion thereof overlaps with the work mechanism in a top view or a front view.
CUTTER
A cutter includes an arc main body having a clamping groove in which a steel pipe may be putted, a plurality of bearings are mounted on the inner side of the main body, a fixed platform is arranged at the back end of the main body, a fixed block is fixed on the fixed platform, a lead-screw drive group penetrates the fixed block, the lead-screw drive group comprises a slide bar and a lead screw, the slide bar penetrates the fixed block, the lead screw is arranged on the slide bar and matches with the slide bar, a blade is mounted at the front end of the slide bar, the back end of the lead screw is connected with a gear drive group, the gear drive group is connected with a handle, and the fixed block is provided with a toothed fastener matching with a groove on the lead screw.
Improved Gauge System
A linear gauge system for locating adjacent a weight bearing elongated frame able to support an elongated product which is to be processed linearly, the linear gauge system including a linear gauge, wherein the linear gauge is made precisely from a lightweight material; b. an elongated support wherein the elongated support is formed of stronger material than the linear gauge; and c. a carriage mounted on the linear gauge to which is mounted a movable platform which can engage a workpiece on the adjacent weight bearing elongated frame; wherein the linear gauge is formed precisely separately to the elongated support and mounted to the elongated support to provide the strength to the linear gauge.
Milling Machine
A portable and field-adjustable milling machine comprises: a base; a milling assembly coupled to the base and that includes a milling tool rotatable by a driver; a roller bed coupled to the base and configured to support a tubular member thereon; and a vice assembly that is coupled to the base. Each vice member of the vice assembly is configured to be moved towards the other of the pair and includes camming surfaces configured to lift the tubular member off of the roller bed in response to the vice members being moved toward one another. The vice member may have a v-shaped notch defined by a pair of angled surfaces. The vice assembly lifts the tubular member and retains it in the notch at a position that is a predetermined distance away from the roller bed.
