The numerical controller operates to move the spindle toward the transfer position and to position the holding parts at the transfer position such that the operations at least partially overlap.

The coil spring biases the cover member to close the opening part by the cover member such that the workpiece holder holds the workpiece in the loader room during the machining of the workpiece in the machining room.
