MACHINE TOOL AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool includes: two Y-axis sliders arranged parallel to each other on the bed for allowing the saddle to move in the first direction; two X-axis sliders arranged parallel to each other on the saddle to move the table; and a controller. The controller, before controlling a first motor to move the saddle, controls a second motor to move the table so that the centroid position of a moving object assembly including the table and a loaded object placed on the table is positioned in a predetermined range including the center position between the two Y-axis sliders.
MUTIFUNCTIONAL TRIMMING MACHINE FIXTURE
The present invention discloses a multifunctional trimming machine fixture and relates to the field of electric tool auxiliary devices. The multifunctional trimming machine fixture comprises: a base plate on which the trimming machine is detachably connected, the base plate is provided with a first cut-opening corresponding to the position of the trimming machine, and the cutter head of the trimming machine can pass through the first cut-opening to perform cutting; a slide plate, the slide plate is slidably connected to the bottom of the base plate along a first direction and can be fastened to a preset position on the bottom of the base plate by means of fasteners; wherein the slide plate is provided with at least one second cut-opening corresponding to the first cut-opening along the first direction. The trimming machine fixture is reasonably and compactly structured, can be conveniently disassembled and assembled, is conveniently portable and simple to operate, it provides cutting stability, high cutting accuracy and safety during use, and is capable of enabling quick switch of cutting function in a variety of application scenarios with strong adaptability, such as grinding, chamfering and grooving the edges of wood, cutting tenon grooves on thinner wood, cutting the wood into preset shapes (curved, circular, etc), thereby improving work efficiency.
System and method for transferring a part being machined
A system and method for transferring a part being machined from a first fixture to a second fixture so that an un-machined side of the part can be exposed for machining, where the first fixture is secured to a first actuator and the second fixture is secured to a second actuator. The method includes securing the part to the first fixture and machining the part on sides of the part except a side of the part coupled to the first fixture. The method slides the first actuator away from the second actuator, operates the first actuator and the second actuator so that the part secured to the first fixture is aligned with the second fixture, slides the first actuator back towards the second actuator, secures the part to the second fixture and releases the part from the first fixture, and slides the first actuator away from the second actuator again.
