DIFFERENTIALLY KNITTED FIRE BARRIER FABRICS, AND MATTRESSES, MATTRESS FOUNDATIONS, AND UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE ARTICLES EMPLOYING SAME

Knitted fire barrier fabrics for use in forming a flame retardant article having a core include, for example, a plurality of flame-retardant yarns formed non-uniformly around a circumference of a knitting textile cylinder in a knitting process so as to define the knitted fire barrier fabric having at least one differential zone of material in a longitudinal direction of the knitting textile cylinder, and wherein the knitted fire barrier fabric being disposable on the core so that the at least one differential zone of material of the knitted fire barrier fabric providing a differential protective capacity to at least one selected portion of the flame retardant article.

PILLOW INCLUDING GELATINOUS ELASTOMER CUSHIONING MATERIALS

A method of fabricating a pillow includes forming a pillow cushion from a gelatinous elastomer, including: forming first deformable wall members on a first side of the pillow cushion, including outer ends defining a first major surface of the pillow cushion, and defining first voids in the first side of the pillow cushion, the first voids opening to the first major surface; and forming second deformable wall members in a second side of the pillow cushion, including outer ends defining a second major surface of the pillow cushion, and defining second voids in the second side of the pillow cushion, the second voids opening to the second major surface.

System for recirculating warm air

A recirculating warm air system configured to connect to an air inflatable product is provided. The system includes a first chamber and a second chamber. The first chamber includes a first air inlet and a first valve located at the first air inlet. The second chamber includes a second valve located between the first chamber and the second chamber, an air outlet, and a first hose connected to the air outlet. The second chamber further includes an air blower and a heater located between the air blower and the air outlet. The second chamber includes a second air inlet, a third valve located at the second air inlet, and a second hose connected to the second air inlet. The first hose and the second hose are configured to connect to the air inflatable product. The system further includes a processing unit configured to control elements of the system.

Closure for releasably sealing an air hose port

A retainer with a closure mechanism not removable from the retainer is bonded to each of the air inlet openings of an inflatable convective thermal blanket. The bottom surface of the retainer is bonded to the blanket so that its orifice is in alignment with the opening into the blanket. The closure may be a flexible layer or sheet that is adhesively attached to the top surface of the retainer. An end portion of the flexible layer away from the orifice of the retainer may be press or die cut into the retainer so that the flexible layer is non-removably attached to the retainer when the user peels the releasably secured portion of the flexible layer away from the retainer to expose the air inlet opening. The closure can also be an extension of the retainer that is hingedly connected to the retainer so as to be able to be moved pivotally to cover the retainer. The closure has a configuration that allows it to be releasably secured to the retainer when it covers the orifice opening of the retainer.

Inflatable mat structure

An inflatable mat structure includes a mat. The mat includes an upper covering layer, a lower covering layer, and a plurality of blocking layers horizontally disposed between the upper and lower covering layers. The blocking layers pass through a plurality of longitudinal connecting members to be positioned at different positions. The blocking layers are partially wavy through the structural characteristics of the longitudinal connecting members, and the interior of the mat has a plurality of layered spaces formed by the blocking layers, so that the mat can reduce the possibility of air convection, so as to block air convection and prevent temperature radiation.

COMPOSITE CONSTRUCTION

The present invention relates to the fields of clothing and thermal insulation, specifically to a thermal insulation material capable of absorbing solar energy and releasing heat. The present invention can be used as a material for manufacturing thermal insulation products such as clothing, blankets, quilts, etc., and serves the function of temperature regulation.

Inflatable pillow, compartmental pillow, and pillow dispenser

A plurality of inflatable pillows. Each pillow has at least one chamber. The chamber defines first and second edges oppositely disposed. Each pillow also has a valve providing fluid communication with the chamber for inflating and deflating the chamber. The first edge of one pillow is connect to a second edge of another pillow to form a continuous web. The pillows may form a continuous web and be dispensed from a device. Separation of the pillows one from another is enabled by perforations between edges of the pillows forming the web or tearing or cutting between edges of the pillows forming the web.
