A grinder head for high pressure mobile cleaning of roadways. The grinder head combines a rotating spinner member having polycrystalline diamond cutting tips which work in combination with ultra-high pressurized fluid for removing roadway stripes and the like matters from a roadway with damaging the underlying surface. The cutting tips having a polycrystalline diamond cutting material and are positioned along an outer rim of the spinner member in either a single or staggered position.

An adjustable mechanism for an angle drill or a die grinder, including a receiver, including a first section, and a second section connected to the first section, a mating component, a tension component arranged on the second section, and an axial sliding support operatively arranged to be secured to the second section, wherein at least one of the first section and the mating component includes a plurality of holes and the other of the first section and the mating component includes one or more pins, the one or more pins being operatively arranged to removably engage the plurality of holes.

The grinder dolly is configured for use with a disk grinder. The disk grinder further comprises a grinder motor and a grinding disk. The grinder dolly is a wheeled bracket. The disk grinder attaches to the grinder dolly such that the grinding disk can be used to grind or polish a supporting surface. The grinder dolly comprises a handle, a plurality of wheels, and a power distribution system. The disk grinder attaches to the handle. The plurality of wheels are used to roll the disk grinder over the supporting surface. The power distribution system provides electrical energy to the disk grinder.

A power tool includes a housing, a motor, an output shaft, a working head, a transmission assembly, an auxiliary handle, and a vibration damping assembly. The auxiliary handle includes a front end mounted at a position of the housing adjacent to the working head, and further includes a gripping portion extending along a center line. The vibration damping assembly includes a mass member and an elastic element. The auxiliary handle further includes an end cap arranged at a rear end of the gripping portion where the rear end is far away from the housing relative to a front end of the gripping portion. An accommodating cavity for accommodating the vibration damping assembly is formed around the gripping portion when the end cap is combined with the gripping portion. The elastic element is arranged between the mass member and a cavity wall of the accommodating cavity, and a ratio of a natural frequency W1 of the vibration damping assembly to a rotation frequency W2 of the output shaft in rotation is greater than or equal to 0.7 and less than or equal to 1.3.

A power tool includes a housing, a power output element for outputting power, a motor for driving the power output element to output power, and a surface light source device for providing illumination. The surface light source device is mounted on the housing and the surface light source device includes a light exit surface allowing the surface light source device to emit light.

A device for coordinated movement and/or orientation of a tracking tool relative to a portable tool handled by an operator on a production station allows a tracking tool to track the movements of a portable tool handled by an operator, without the intervention of an additional operator. Also described is a smoothing method using the device, as well as a smoothing station for implementing the method.

A portable power tool having a plate tool (30), in particular a sanding plate or polishing plate, and a drive motor, arranged in a machine housing, for driving the plate tool into an oscillating and/or rotating and/or eccentric movement of a machining surface of the plate tool, wherein the portable power tool is able to be guided with the machining surface in a main working direction forwards and to the side transversely to the main working direction in at least one transverse working direction in order to sand or polish a workpiece surface, wherein the portable power tool has a covering device for the plate tool, said covering device having at least one protective wall which is disposed upstream of at least one lateral surface, extending next to the machining surface, of the plate tool with regard to the main working direction and/or the transverse working direction in order to protect against contact with obstacles.

A tool hanging system. The tool hanging system includes a power tool having a mount receiving portion. A mounting attachment is engaged with the mount receiving portion. The mounting attachment includes a first portion adjacent to the power tool and an overhang portion spaced apart from and opposite the first portion. A groove is located between the first portion and the overhang portion. The mounting attachment also includes a peg board projection, the peg board projection projecting away from the power tool and past the overhang portion. The peg board projection engages with a pegboard.

An electrode sharpener has a main housing, which has a threaded bore to attach to the end of a rotary tool. The housing has guides threaded into it, which position tungsten electrodes for grinding against an abrasive wheel that is inserted into the rotary tool's collet.

An assembly for supporting the extended operation of mounted power hand tools is provided. The power tool extension apparatus extends between a baton-style handle and a depth-adjusting single wheel correlated to enable the operator to control the mounted power hand tool in a one-handed walk along manner. The alignment of the power tool extension apparatus, the mounted power tool, and the centrally disposed single wheel facilitates a wide range of selective pivotal motion of the single wheel and thus the mounted power tool about the extension apparatus.
