The present disclosure is directed to multi-layer blanket systems which accommodate the insulation needs of one sleeper or two sleepers, by incorporating flaps that are disposed to open or close ports that can be disposed over different body parts of each sleeper, while keeping the sleeper covered by a lower layer of the system. In some illustrative embodiments, the flaps can be folded off the bed to decrease the amount of insulation on that particular body part for that particular sleeper or left on the bed to increase the amount of insulation on that particular body part for that particular sleeper.

A duvet insert includes a plurality of filler compartments for receiving filler material, a first edge including a first number of coupling mechanisms, and a second edge opposing the first edge such that the plurality of filler compartments is positioned between the first edge and the second edge. The second edge includes a second number of coupling mechanisms different than the first number. At least one of the first number of coupling mechanisms or at least one of the second number of coupling mechanisms enables the duvet insert to be coupled to another duvet insert to form a combined duvet insert.

A bedding assembly comprises an at least substantially rectangular insulating coverlet (1), an at least practically fitting sleeve (2) with which the duvet is covered. The sleeve (2) is closed on a first side (3) and open on an opposite side (4) in order to receive the coverlet (1). Provided in or at least close to a first and a second corner on the first side (3) of the assembly are manually releasable fixation means (10) which connect the coverlet (1) to the sleeve (2) in or close to the corners.

The present invention provides a pillow cover with sheath enclosure to securely enclose a pillow. The pillow cover has an upper surface, a lower surface, a first end, and a second end, and is constructed and arranged to enclose and cover a pillow. The pillow cover further comprises an exterior case, an interior sheath coextensive with at least a portion the exterior case, an interior extension, and a closure element for closing the interior extension. The pillow cover and its elements may be made of any suitable materials. The closure element may be any suitable closure device, such as a zipper, a button placket, a series of snap closures, a hook and loop closure device, or combinations thereof. In use, a pillow may be installed within the interior sheath and the interior extension may be closed over the pillow to enclose and retain the pillow in the pillow cover.

Provided is a sleeping bag including a warmth-improving portion. The warmth-improving portion includes a first insulation layer located on one surface in an inward direction of a sleeping bag outer covering and configured to block an inflow of the cold from the outside, a first compressed fiber layer located on one surface of the first insulation layer, and a heat-retention layer located on one surface of the first compressed fiber layer. According to the present invention, since it is possible to block the cold from the outside and to prevent warmth inside from being released using a first insulation layer, heat-retaining performance may be maximized. Since heat is generated on the basis of steam outside and inside a sleeping bag using a heat-retention layer, it is possible to easily increase and maintain a temperature inside the sleeping bag without a separate heat source.

A cushion, such as a pillow, may include a volume-adjustable cover with a cushioning element therein. Methods for adjusting the manner in which a cushioning element supports, molds around, underfills, and/or backfills a load and its form are also disclosed.

A plurality of infusion lines is integrated into the blanket. An infusion unit is removably attachable to the blanket such that the infusion unit is in fluid communication with the plurality of infusion lines. The infusion unit contains a liquid scent thereby facilitating each of the infusion lines to release the scent associated with the liquid scent from the blanket for the purposes of aromatherapy.
