Introduced are methods and systems for an adjustable bed device configured to: gather biological signals associated with multiple users, such as heart rate, breathing rate, or temperature; analyze the gathered human biological signals; and heat or cool a bed based on the analysis.

A sleeping quilt includes an outer layer having an undrawn lateral width extending from a first longitudinal edge to an opposing second longitudinal edge and a drawcord having an undrawn lateral width. The drawcord being fixed to the outer layer at a first point and a second point laterally distal to the first point. Devices and methods that allow for rapid and efficient changing of duvet covers, comprising an upper section and a lower section of washable material that are sized to be significantly larger than a duvet that will be covered and isolated. The upper and lower sections are secured together along a single edge only, and that edge is positioned at the head of the bed. The duvet is placed between the upper and lower sections, isolating and enclosing the duvet, thereby preventing the duvet from becoming exposed while the bed is in use, and simultaneously allowing for easy and rapid changing of the duvet cover after use.

A bedding cover includes a substantially rectangular sheet formed of a non rigid material. A strip of material is disposed across a center of the sheet; the strip of material being more rigid than the sheet. A first fastener is disposed at a first corner of the sheet. This invention relates generally to a quilt panel as a cloth fragment which is connected to other cloth fragments to make a blanket or garment, or other such constructions. The quilt panel is devised to be joined to like quilt panels to make a blanket, rug, or garment.
