Degreasing and dry deburring machine with a suction system, and associated method
A dust suction system for a dry degreasing and deburring machine includes an air suction circuit, a suction fan, a settling chamber provided with a filter cartridge, and an unclogging unit provided for injecting a flow of unclogging air into the filter cartridge during an unclogging operation. The dust suction system includes a control unit that controls the fan and the unclogging unit depending on measurements of pressure and load in the air suction circuit.

The method includes a step of aspirating the liquid from the container where the particles are located; a step of thermally adjusting the liquid; and a step of reincorporating the liquid after its thermal adjustment into the container to control the temperature of the particles. And the equipment includes: a duct circuit, with an inlet mouth and an outlet mouth in the container; a suction pump; a filter with a mesh that does not allow particles to pass through; and a heat exchanger.
