A pillow with a removable rod-shaped insert is described herein. The rod-shaped insert is removably insertable into a cavity and/or trough within the pillow. Both the rod-shaped insert and the cavity and/or trough are substantially semi-circular at each vertically oriented cross-section thereof. The cavity includes an opening in a side of the pillow opposite a side thereof which is in contact with a user's head and/or body. The rod-shaped insert has a plurality of parallel ridges on at least one outer surface thereof and extends between both lateral sides of the pillow.

In some configurations, the rod-shaped insert is a single substantially planar structure which is folded into a substantially semi-circular shape. In some configurations, the rod-shaped insert has an internal removably-insertable structure.

A prone position pillow system has a head support portion, an elongated torso component with a cavity, and an insert pillow that can be inserted into the cavity to form an empty space below. The torso component includes a sagittal oriented face hole and an air tunnel having side openings sized and dimensioned to allow a patient to insert hands into the space below the face hole. Each of the pouches has a width that is greater than a length of the pouches such that each of the pouches has a rectangular shape to accommodate a sleeping pillow. Each of the pouches has an entrance extending into the pouches to facilitate the sleeping pillows to be inserted into the pouches. A pair of closures is provided and each of the closures is movably integrated into a respective one of the pouches for opening and closing the entrance in the respective pouch. A strap is coupled between the pouches and the strap can be worn over a user's shoulder for carrying the pillows stored in the pouches.

Provided for is a pillow comprising a pillow case, where the pillow case may include a front side, a rear side, a top side, a bottom side, a first cavity, a second cavity, and a divider. The first cavity may be bounded by at least the front side, the rear side, the top side, and the divider, and the second cavity may be bounded by at least the front side, the rear side, the bottom side, and the divider. The pillow may also include a neck support configured to accept the natural curvature of a user's neck

A towel mat comprising a fabric panel having a top, a bottom, a first end, a second end, a first side, and a second side, wherein the ends are shorter than the sides. A top pocket having a padded lining, the pocket coupled to the top of the fabric panel near the first end and extending to a predetermined shape when the pocket is filled. The pocket is inflatable and shaped to support a user in a position that is at least partially upright. The bottom of the panel comprises a waterproof barrier layer. The towel mat further comprising a weighted portion sewn to the panel. The panel has at least one corner, and wherein the weighted portion comprises a compartment in which a user may place a weighted material.
