Grinding disk of ground grinding machine driven by motor
The present disclosure relates to a grinding disk of a ground grinding machine driven by a motor, including a chassis, wherein a working surface of the chassis is a separate flat disk, fixed devices are arranged on a lower surface of the chassis, and grinding blocks are fixedly installed through the fixed devices. Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following advantages: the size of the grinding working surface of the separate grinding disk may be set freely by changing the arrangement mode of the grinding blocks; so as to reduce the starting torque and achieve the buffer effect; and mounting grooves may adopt the circumferential alternate arrangement or the radial alternate arrangement, so that the installed grinding blocks may compensate for each other, and the uniform and complete grinding is ensured while reducing the quantity of the grinding blocks.
Particle separation assembly for power tool
A power tool is provided including a having a field case portion and a gear case portion, a motor disposed in the field case portion of the housing, a fan rotatably connected to the motor, intake conduits disposed along the housing, and a particle separation assembly in fluid communication with the intake conduits. The particle separation assembly includes a baffle and a centrifugal chamber, where the baffle is operable to direct airflow from the intake conduits into the centrifugal chamber in a cyclonic path, and the centrifugal chamber includes a radial gap forming a particle dispersion port in the cyclonic path of the airflow to eject contamination from the airflow. Additionally or alternatively, the centrifugal chamber includes air-directing fins arranged angularly to direct contamination from the airflow towards the particle dispersion port.
Method for grinding tip of rotor blade, and jig for grinding up of blisk
When a tip of a blade cascade is ground with a grindstone, a jig is inserted between blade cascades of a blisk and a jig is inserted between blade cascades. A blade locking section of the jig locks with a side section in the width direction of a corresponding rotor blade via a damping member made from rubber or the like. A disk locking section of the jig locks with a disk of the blade cascade which the blade locking section locks with.
DAMPED ABRASIVE CUTTER
A damped abrasive cutter having a machine attaching end; an abrasive surface comprising abrasive particles disposed in a binder; a central damping body connecting the machine attaching end to the abrasive surface. The central damping body formed from a synthetic polymer having a Storage Modulus from 1000 MPa to 2500 MPa and a Loss Factor from 0.025 to 0.10.
ABRASIVE CUTTER AND METHOD FOR CUTTING THROUGH A RAIL OF A TRACK
An abrasive cutter for cutting a rail of a track includes a drive for driving a cutting disc holder in rotation. A cutting disc is attached to the cutting disc holder with at least one clamping element. The drive is directly coupled to the cutting disc holder and has a maximum transverse extent which is at most equal to a diameter of at least one clamping element. The drive has an electric drive motor with a power density P.sub.Spez≥0.5 kW/kg. The abrasive cutter allows a reliable, efficient, user-friendly and low-maintenance through-cutting of a rail of a track.
DEVICE FOR DETACHING/ATTACHING HAND GRINDER POLISHING DISK
The present invention relates to a device for detaching/attaching a hand grinder polishing disk, the device being clamped on the rotating shaft of a grinder main body so as to enable the easier and quicker detachment/attachment of a consumable polishing disk used for finishing, cutting, severing, etc. the surface of a target object, or to enable the definite prevention of loosening, vibration phenomenon, etc. The present invention comprises: a grinder main body which has a rotating shaft operating at a high speed by means of air pressure or the driving of an electric motor; a power transmission member which has a stopping protrusion formed on the upper end part of the body thereof and a hexagonal body including a flange formed on the center part of the body thereof, and which is clamped on the rotating shaft of the grinder main body by a fixing bolt; a stopper main body which has a hexagonal hole formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof for accommodating the power transmission member, and which has an arc-shaped seat groove formed on the circumference of the hexagonal hole so as to face each other; a pair of upper and lower rotating plates which are each fitted in a flat plate portion on the upper end of the stopper main body; and a disk holder which has an upper fixing ring and a lower support plate assembled on the power transmission member for fixing an abrasive material.
Dynamically dampened centerless grinding machine tool and grinding method
The invention relates to a dynamically dampened centerless grinding machine tool comprising wheels between which there is arranged a part to be ground, heads for carrying the wheels, at least one translation means for translating one of the heads to cause a movement according to a separation and approach direction of the wheels, detection means for detecting a vibration of at least one of the heads, and at least one damper configured for causing a vibration damping movement.
Grinding Tool and Method for Producing a Grinding Tool
A grinding tool has a main body having at least one fiber ply embedded in a binder. An abrasive layer is arranged on the main body. The at least one fiber ply is arranged in the binder in a partially movable manner. As a result, a relative movement that ensures high vibration and noise damping is achieved within the main body and within the at least one fiber ply.

POWER TOOL
Heat generated during braking is reduced to prevent reduction in braking performance or the service life of the components. A grinder includes a housing, an operable member, a switch operable to be turned on or off in response to an operation on the operable member, a rotational shaft rotatable in response to an operation for turning on the switch, and a brake assembly that applies braking to the rotational shaft with the switch being in an off state and to release the braking applied to the rotational shaft in response to an operation for turning on the switch performed by the operable member. The brake assembly includes a brake member being circular and fixed to the rotational shaft, and multiple pressing members that press the brake member at multiple positions to apply a uniform force to the brake member from radially outward positions toward a center of the brake member.
