BLADE ATTACHMENT-DETACHMENT ASSISTING APPARATUS
A blade attachment-detachment assisting apparatus includes a nut rotating part having an engagement pin that engages with an engagement hole of a nut, a nut grip part that grips an annular groove of the nut, a housing that supports the nut rotating part rotatably by a predetermined angle, and a lock mechanism. The nut rotating part is capable of advancing and retreating, relative to the housing, to a protrusion position and a fixing position at which engagement between the nut grip part and the nut is kept, and is fixed to the housing with the intermediary of a spring. The lock mechanism includes an inside surface by which advancing and retreating of the nut rotating part are restricted through engagement of the nut rotating part with the housing when the housing is rotated in one direction at the fixing position to which the nut rotating part has been pushed.
LUG AND HUB CLEANING ATTACHMENT
A tool attachment for cleaning wheel hub components, comprises a tool body having a drive end, and a cleaning end. The cleaning end comprises a lug receiving opening extending into the tool body from an axial end thereof, and an axial end face. Moreover, a brush strip is positioned in an interior surface of a chamber within the cleaning end of the tool body. In some embodiments, the brush strip is replaceable. Further, the tool attachment includes an abrasive disk having an aperture therethrough that aligns with the lug receiving opening. In this regard, the abrasive disk attaches to the axial end face of the tool body. In some embodiments, the abrasive disk is replaceable.
Accessory clamp and spindle lock mechanism for power tool
A power tool is provided including a motor driving a shaft and a drive spindle. The drive spindle includes an outer spindle rotatably driven by the shaft and an inner spindle disposed within the outer spindle. The outer spindle includes an end portion defining an engagement surface for mounting a working accessory, and the inner spindle is axially moveable along a longitudinal axis of the outer spindle but rotationally fixed to the outer spindle. A spring member is arranged to apply a biasing force on the inner spindle in a first direction with respect to the outer spindle. Securing the working accessory on the drive spindle against the engagement surface of the outer spindle applies an axial force on the inner spindle in a second direction opposite the first direction with respect to the outer spindle.
RETENTION APPARATUS FOR MATERIAL REMOVAL MACHINES
Retention apparatus and systems for material removal machines are disclosed. In some examples, a material removal machine having a material removal tool (e.g., a saw blade, an abrasive saw, a polisher, a grinder, and/or more general material preparation and/or testing tool) is secured to a spindle using a spring loaded nut. The spring loaded nut of the present disclosure self-tightens when the material removal tool is rotated. Additionally, the spring loaded nut requires a smaller force to attach and/or remove the spring loaded nut, allowing for tool-less and/or low torque attachment and/or removal.
AUTOMATIC SANDPAPER REPLACEMENT DEVICE FOR CNC PRODUCTION LINE
The present invention discloses an automatic sandpaper replacement device for CNC production line, comprising an automatic sandpaper supply mechanism which comprises a bracket assembly, and a sandpaper receiving assembly and a sandpaper extracting plate disposed on bracket assembly; and an automatic sandpaper peeling mechanism that is mated with bracket assembly, and comprises a mounting plate, and a peeling drive assembly and a peeling assembly mounted on mounting plate; wherein peeling assembly is drivingly connected with peeling drive assembly, peeling assembly periodically peels off waste sandpaper on a sanding head under driving of peeling drive assembly, and sandpaper extracting plate periodically supplies new sandpaper to sanding head after peeling off sandpaper. The automatic sandpaper replacement device improves peeling efficiency, effectively solves problems of uncleanly peeling and peeling residue, saves cost, solves sandpaper jamming problem in a sandpaper supply process, and improves sandpaper replacement efficiency and success rate, thereby further improving productivity.
PANEL POLISHING APPARATUSES AND A PANEL POLISHING METHOD
The present invention provides a polishing apparatus for a panel which comprise a carrier, a disk which is rotatably arranged on a top surface of the carrier and a polishing mechanism. A plurality of trenches is located on the disk, and the polishing mechanism is used for polishing the panel disposed in the trench. The present invention further provides a method for polishing a panel. The present invention can polish batches of batches at one time. During the polishing process, the current panel is polished, and just turn the turntable to a suitable position to switch to the next panel to continue the grind process and repeat the process until all the panel polishing is completed. It reduces the polishing pause time between multiple panels and improves the polishing speed. It also avoids the blocking risk of the buffer panel zone.
Processing section for a floor-processing machine, adapter system for a floor-processing machine, floor-processing machine and tool therefor
The invention relates to a processing section 1 and an adapter system 10 of a floor-processing machine. The processing section 1 comprises a base body 2 with a processing side 3 and a mounting side, wherein the mounting side is arranged on the opposite side of the processing side 3 of the base body 2. The mounting side comprises at least one first mounting element for detachably fastening the processing section to the adapter system. The processing side 3 is formed as a closed processing surface 5. The adapter system 10 has a receiving side 11 which comprises at least one receptacle 12. The receptacle 12 comprises at least one second mounting element for detachably fastening the processing section 1 in the receptacle 12. Finally, the invention relates to a floor-processing machine and a tool.
Multi-motion accessory
An accessory includes an attachment member, a fastener, a locking member, and an eccentric member. The attachment member has a central axis, which is perpendicular to a first surface of the attachment member. The fastener is connected to at least the attachment member. The locking member is movable into at least (a) a locked position in which the locking member is engaged with the attachment member such that the attachment member is configured to rotate about the central axis, and (b) an unlocked position in which the locking member is disengaged from the attachment member such that the attachment member is configured to rotate about an eccentric axis. The eccentric axis is offset from the central axis. The eccentric member includes a first slot that receives the locking member, a second slot that receives the driving shaft, and a third slot that receives the fastener. The second slot of the eccentric member is structured to align with the central axis of the attachment member. The third slot of the eccentric member is structured to align with the eccentric axis of the attachment member.
