Shot blasting cabinet with adjustable impellers
A shot blasting cabinet with adjustable impellers includes a cabinet, a plurality of impeller apparatuses, and a plurality of adjusting devices. A shot-blasting working line is defined between an inlet and an outlet of the cabinet. The impeller apparatuses are symmetrically disposed on upper and lower sides of the cabinet. Each impeller apparatus has a protective housing, a driving device, a pair of rotary plates, and a plurality of impeller blades. The driving device connects one of the rotary plates. The protective housing covers the pair of rotary plates and the impeller blades, and defines a shot-blasting exit surface. The shot-blasting exit surface communicates with an interior of the cabinet. The adjusting devices are used to adjust an angle and a distance of the shot-blasting exit surface relative to the shot-blasting working line.

BLASTING PROBE FOR INTRODUCING A GRANULAR BLASTING MATERIAL INTO A CAVITY
The invention relates to a blasting probe for introducing a granular blasting material into a cavity, in particular into a narrow coked cavity such as an inlet channel of a valve of an internal combustion engine, in particular for cleaning said cavity, comprising a blasting pipe (connectable, at a rear end thereof, to a blasting material feeding line, and a blasting nozzle at the front end of the blasting pipe, said blasting nozzle having at least one outlet opening for the blasting material which is radial with respect to the longitudinal axis of the blasting pipe and which is associated with a deflector surface arranged obliquely with respect to the longitudinal axis of the blasting pipe.
System and method for blasting an overhead surface
A system and method for blasting an overhead surface is disclosed herein. The blaster system can comprise a first enclosure, a second enclosure, a pair of recirculators, a pair of loader valves, and a pair of propeller assemblies. The first enclosure can comprise a pair of primary ports, and a pair of control cages. The pair of primary ports can be at the front surface of the first enclosure. The primary ports can receive abrasive material. The pair of control cages can be attached at the bottom surface of the first enclosure forming a pair of curved surfaces, and a plurality of gaps. Each of the curved surface can comprise a slot. Each end of the slot can rest within each of the gaps such that the abrasive material received within the first enclosure can collect within the gaps and falls into the slot.

Cut-To-Length Steel Coil Processing Line With Slurry Blasting Descaling Unit
A cut-to-length line for processing coiled sheet metal having a thickness of greater than 0.200 inches has an uncoiler, a descaler, and flattening machinery which may be a stretcher leveler or a temper mill. The line is operated in an advancement mode by (i) the advancing the sheet metal through the line; and (ii) descaling the sheet metal in the descaler. In one aspect, when a length of sheet metal to be stretch leveled is positioned in the stretcher leveler, the line may be operated in an idle mode by: (i) stopping the advancement of the sheet metal from the uncoiler through the descaler; (ii) stopping descaling of the sheet metal in the descaler; and (iii) stretch leveling the length of the sheet metal. When stretch leveling is complete, the line may be operated in the advancement mode.
System and method for grit blasting an annular junction portion of a pipeline and laying vessel comprising said system
A system for grit blasting an annular junction portion of a pipeline extending along a longitudinal axis on board a laying vessel, comprises at least one carriage configured to advance along an annular path about the pipeline; at least one centrifugal turbine, which is configured to project grit towards the pipeline, rotates about a rotation axis lying on a plane orthogonal to the longitudinal axis and is supported by the carriage; at least one feed device configured to feed the grit to the centrifugal turbine and comprising a hopper which extends along a respective axis, defines a feed chamber and is coupled to the respective carriage and a guide device configured to act in conjunction with the hopper to feed the grit to the centrifugal turbine at all the operating positions of the carriage.
