A cup is provided and the cup is insertable upwardly through the opening in the food plate. A lid is insertable into the opening in the food plate and the lid releasably engages the cup when the cup is inserted upwardly through the opening for retaining the cup on the food plate. The lid has a straw opening extending through the lid to facilitate a drinking straw to be extended through the straw opening and into the cup for drinking the beverage contained in the cup when the cup is retained on the food plate.
MULTI-CHAMBERED SHOT GLASS
A multi-chambered shot glass for storing and transporting multiple liquids for consumption or mixing at a time after the chambers have been filled includes a first body portion comprising a first chamber and a second chamber, the first chamber and the second chamber separated by an inner partition. The first chamber has a first aperture configured to form a fixed first chamber rim and a seal covering the first aperture. The second chamber includes a second aperture configured to form a second chamber rim. A second body portion having a fixed third chamber includes a third aperture. The fixed third chamber is configured for insertion into the second chamber such that the third chamber engages the second chamber in a fluid sealed configuration.
DEVICE FOR IMPROVED HYDRATION DURING EXERCISE
The present invention is directed to a device that can easily deliver water or other sources of hydration from a bottle, directly to a user during exercise without the use of a traditional hydration bladder. The present invention features a hydration device for allowing delivery of a fluid from a container with a cap with a hole. The hydration device may comprise an outer tubing affixed around the hole and an inner tubing disposed within the outer tubing. The inner tubing may extend past both ends of the outer tubing, slide freely within the outer tubing, and extend to the bottom of the container. Both ends of both tubings may be always open. The fluid may be delivered from the container through the inner tubing when suction is applied. Air may be delivered from the outer tubing to the pre-existing container to prevent collapsing of the pre-existing container.
DRINKWARE CONTAINER WITH ACTIVE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
An actively heated or cooled mug has a body with a chamber that can receive and hold a beverage and a heating or cooling system disposed at least partially in a cavity below the chamber. The heating or cooling system has a heating or cooling element to actively heat or cool the chamber, power storage devices, and circuitry that controls the operation of the heating or cooling elements. A user interface is electrically connected to the circuitry and has one or more selection members actuatable a) to turn off the one or more heating or cooling element or b) to adjust a temperature setting to one of multiple temperature settings configured to control the one or more heating or cooling elements to heat or maintain the liquid at a user selected temperature.
CONTAINER WITH HEATING/COOLING ASSEMBLY AND REMOVABLE POWER SOURCE MODULES
The embodiments disclose an attachable battery base module configured for powering at least one attachable application module coupled to the attachable battery base module, wherein the attachable battery base is configured for powering the at least one attachable application module, a heating module attachment with a temperature control module coupled to the attachable battery base module configured for heating and/or boiling a liquid, a cooling module attachment with the temperature control module coupled to the attachable battery base module configured for cooling a liquid and wherein the temperature control module includes a temperature maintenance mode, wherein the temperature maintenance mode is configured for maintaining a preset, predefined or user preselected desired temperature when the desired temperature is reached.
SPARKLING BEVERAGE CONTAINER WITH IMPROVED BUBBLING BEHAVIOR
Carbonated beverage container 1, in particular a glass, comprising a sealed wall made of at least one structural material, the sealed wall defining an internal surface having a bottom portion between a bottom 4 of the sealed wall and a region of maximum diameter and an edge portion located above the bottom portion, the sealed wall comprising, in the bottom portion, a plurality of open pores 6 forming a pattern occupying an area of between 0.01 and 5%, preferably between 0.10 and 1%, of the area of the bottom portion and having an open cross shape.
Beverage Container with Rotatable Sealing Arrangement
A beverage container includes a container body, a lid and a rotatable sealing arrangement. The lid includes a lid body having a top panel and an access opening. The rotatable sealing arrangement includes a cover assembly and a sealing piece. The cover assembly includes a main shaft and a first sealing cover extended from the main shaft and positioned on the top panel of the lid body. The sealing piece is movably coupled to the main shaft, and includes a coupler ring having a through hole and a second sealing cover extended from the coupler ring. When the cover assembly is in an opened position, the cover assembly is rotated so that the first sealing cover is rotated to cover on top of the access opening, while the second sealing cover is driven to move upwardly with respect to the main shaft for blocking the access opening.
QUICK-RELEASE ANCHORING APPARATUS WITH ACCELERATION DAMPING
A quick-release anchoring apparatus with acceleration damping includes an anchor member configured to engage an external reference surface and form a substantially airtight seal therewith that defines a controlled pressure zone. A first auxiliary component carries the anchor member. A vent port provides fluid communication between the controlled pressure zone and an area of ambient pressure. A second auxiliary component moves relative to the first auxiliary component between a vent port closure position and a vent port open position. The second auxiliary component and the first auxiliary component are discrete components. One or more flexible members deform as the second auxiliary component moves in a venting direction away from the vent port closure position toward the vent port open position. The one or more flexible members resist accelerations of the second auxiliary component away from the vent port closure position but allow normal lifting of the anchoring apparatus.
Containers and covers
A device and system that can perform bi-directional gas and fluid communication, thereby preventing the accidental spill and splash of sloshing liquids through the sip-hole orifice of a liquid container and/or the sip-hole orifice of its lid, but that still allows liquid to flow through the sip-hole. This is achieved by cutting into the sip-hole, extending the sip-hole and creating a tubular flow-path or labyrinth flow-path that can channel and direct the flow of liquid into a controlled and desired flow and rate via an inlet configured to do so, and by adding a removable plug. These elements help to buffer and deflect sloshing liquid thereby minimizing or preventing the accidental release of liquid, and in many cases improving the purposeful flow of liquid back into the container.
