Cup
A cup includes a cup body and a cup lid. The interior of the cup body is hollow, and the top of an inner wall of the cup body is provided with a connecting piece. The cup lid is covered on the cup body. The cup lid includes an inner layer cylinder, a sandwich cylinder sleeved on the inner layer cylinder, an outer layer cylinder sleeved and clamped on an upper portion of the sandwich cylinder, a first sealing ring with an elasticity sleeved on a lower portion of the sandwich cylinder, a sealing cap detachably mounted at the bottom of the sandwich cylinder, and a cap shell covered to the outer layer cylinder and fixedly connected to the inner layer cylinder. A cylinder wall of the outer layer cylinder is provided with a connecting groove corresponding to the connecting piece.
Locking beverage container
A locking beverage container includes a container and a complementary removably securable lid. The lid includes a drinking aperture, a flap, and a lock. The drinking aperture is in fluid communication with the container when the lid is secured to the container and can be utilized by an individual to drink the contents of the container. The flap can be moved to a closed position to cover the drinking aperture to prevent access to the drinking aperture and contents of the container. The lock is operably connected to the flap and can selectively lock the flap in a closed position such that the flap cannot be moved by an unauthorized individual. The lock can also be unlocked thereby enabling the flap to move and enabling the individual to access and utilize the drinking aperture again.
MAGNETIC DRINKWARE
An article of drinkware is preferably made of a double walled stainless steel construction which forms a vacuum chamber. The top of the drinkware is closed with a lid, while the bottom is press fit into a base that contains a strong, permanent magnet. The magnet has a strength sufficient to form a strong, magnetic connection to any surrounding ferrous metal objects or surfaces, or to permanent magnets mounted on or in surrounding surfaces.
Transitional Sippy Cup
A sippy cup has a body defining an interior beverage space and having a top opening. A lid removably covers the top opening of the body and includes a drinking member having a drink opening. A straw assembly includes flexible tubing having a proximal end attached to the drink opening and a distal end having a weight positioned thereon. The drinking member is accessible by a user for drinking with the drink opening of the drinking member in fluid communication with the interior beverage space of the body through the flexible tubing.

A beverage distribution system for preparation of espresso coffee and similar aromatic beverages, including a drinking recipient (1, 1′), for example of glass, cup, or similar type, a beverage discharge disposition (2) operatively associated with a beverage preparation device (3), whereby the beverage discharge disposition (2) is provided so that the beverage discharge flow impinges, along a direction opposite to the gravity force and with a given flow pressure, and a flow regulation mechanism (13) on the drinking recipient (1, 1′), whereby the drinking recipient (1, 1′) presents a recipient retention mechanism (17) provided so that the drinking recipients (1, 1′) can only be placed on the recipient placement support (22) in one or two previously defined angular extensions with relation to the beverage discharge disposition (2).
Pump operated straw and container apparatus
A pump operated straw and container apparatus for drinking without getting up from a prone position includes a vessel body having a vessel bottom side, a vessel sidewall, and a vessel top side defining a vessel inside. The vessel top side has a fill aperture and a straw aperture extending through to the vessel inside. A cap is selectively engageable within the fill aperture. A straw is coupled to the vessel body. The straw has a pump end coupled within the vessel inside, a flexible straw body extending through the straw aperture, and a mouth end. A pump is coupled to the vessel body within the vessel inside and is in fluid communication with the straw.
DRINK CONTAINER AND LID ASSEMBLY THEREOF
A drink container and a lid assembly thereof are provided. The drink container includes a container body and the lid assembly, the lid assembly includes a first lid and a second lid, the first lid is screwed at an opening end of the container body through screw threads, the first lid has a top portion, and the top portion of the first lid has an opening portion. The second lid is disposed above the first lid, the second lid includes a plunger component, and a bottom portion of the plunger can be engaged with the opening portion and sealed with the opening portion. The plunger component is connected to a connection arm, and one side of the connection arm corresponding to the plunger component is pivotally connected to a pivot portion of the first lid. The plunger component has a second accommodating space configured to accommodate a straw.
