Additive raw material composition and additive for superhard material product, preparation method of the additive, composite binding agent and superhard material product, self-sharpening diamond grinding wheel and preparation method of the same
Disclosed are an additive raw material composition and an additive for superhard material product, a composite binding agent, a superhard material product, a self-sharpening diamond grinding wheel and a method for manufacturing the same. The raw material composition consisting of components in following mass percentage: Bi.sub.2O.sub.3 25%˜40%, B.sub.2O.sub.3 25%˜40%, ZnO 5%˜25%, SiO.sub.2 2%˜10%, Al.sub.2O.sub.3 2%˜10%, Na.sub.2CO.sub.3 1%˜5%, Li.sub.2CO.sub.3 1%˜5%, MgCO.sub.3 0%˜5%, and CaF.sub.2 1%˜5%. The composite binding agent is prepared from the additive and a metal composite binding agent. The self-sharpening diamond grinding wheel prepared from the composite binding agent has high self-sharpness, high strength, and fine texture, is uniformly consumed during the grinding process, does not need to be trimmed during the process of being used, and maintains good grinding force all the time, fundamentally solving the problems of long trimming time and high trimming cost of the diamond grinding wheel (FIG. 1).
Device, sanding frame, sanding element, method and kit for sanding floor areas
The present invention relates to a device (14) for sanding floor areas, the device comprising a frame, a steering, a motor which is provided to said frame, a subframe (13) rotatably coupled with said motor, said subframe being centrally provided with an adapter (7) along the lower side, a sanding frame (1), said sanding frame being centrally provided with a receiver (2) along the upper side, said receiver receiving said adapter, and at least one holder (5) for sanding elements, said holder being provided along the lower side of said sanding frame and being suitable for the attachment of sanding elements (15). In particular, the subframe is freely supported by the sanding frame, via said adapter and receiver, said adapter and receiver being rotationally coupled. In other aspects, the invention relates to a sanding frame, a sanding element and a method for sanding floor areas, as well as a floor area obtained by application of said method.
ABRASIVE ARTICLE WITH MICROPARTICLE-COATED ABRASIVE GRAINS
According to various embodiment of the present disclosure, a bonded abrasive article precursor includes a curable composition. The curable composition includes a curative component. The curable composition further includes one or more resins. The curable composition further includes a plurality of shaped abrasive particles. The curable composition is curable in an amount of time in a range of from about 0.1 minutes to about 20 minutes at a temperature of about 25° C. to about 160° C.
Polyurethane for polishing layer, polishing layer including polyurethane and modification method of the polishing layer, polishing pad, and polishing method
A Schiff base-containing chain extender may be a diol having a Schiff base or a derivative thereof, as well as a polyurethane produced using the same and a modification method thereof, and a polishing layer including a polyurethane and a polishing method using the polishing layer.
COATED ABRASIVE ARTICLE AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME
A coated abrasive article comprises a backing having first and second opposed major surfaces, a make layer disposed on at least a portion of the first major surface and bonding abrasive particles to the backing, a size layer overlaid on at least a portion of the make layer and the abrasive particles, and a supersize layer disposed on the size layer. The supersize layer comprises an at least partially cured water-based epoxy resin and an organic polymeric rheology modifier, and wherein the amount of the at least partially cured epoxy resin comprises from 75 to 99.99 weight percent of the combined weight of the at least partially cured epoxy resin and the organic polymeric rheology modifier. A method of making the coated abrasive article is also disclosed.
Porous polishing pad and process for producing the same all fees
Embodiments relate to a porous polishing pad for use in a chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) process of semiconductors and a process for preparing the same. According to the embodiments, the size and distribution of the plurality of pores contained in the porous polishing pad can be adjusted in light of the volume thereof. Thus, the plurality of pores have an apparent volume-weighted average pore diameter in a specific range, thereby providing a porous polishing pad that is excellent in such physical properties as polishing rate and the like.
COATED ABRASIVES HAVING AN IMPROVED SUPERSIZE COATING
Systems and methods include providing a coated abrasive article with an enhanced anti-loading composition in a supersize coat. The anti-loading composition includes a mixture of a metal stearate, at least one performance component, and a polymeric binder composition.
Buffing spherocylinder made of compressed material
A buffing and polishing member has an uncompressed monolithic body of foam material having slits from an outside surface toward and less than a distance to a rotational axis of the body. The slits, on circumferential spaced planes, extend generally radially from the outside surface toward and less than a distance to the rotational axis to define a plurality of foam fingers and an unslit center portion. A fastening mechanism holds the center portion of the slit foam body in a compressed state along the rotational axis such that the uncompressed outer ends of the foam finger define a spherocylinder.
Abrasive articles including a saturant and an anti-loading size layer
The present disclosure relates to saturated or primed abrasive article constructions containing an anti-loading composition which significantly reduces loading, is coatable, is durable, and is relatively inexpensive to manufacture. In particular, the use of the anti-loading compositions of the present disclosure as a size coat at least reduces if not eliminates the need for a supersize coat, while offering comparable if not superior performance and durability. The abrasive article further includes an anti-loading size layer comprising a size coat binder and wax at least partially disposed on the abrasive layer.
