A cutting blade is mounted on a fixed flange having a cylindrical blade mounting portion. The cutting blade includes an annular blade main body having an outer circumference serving as a cutting edge and a central through-hole that has a diameter greater than an outer diameter of the blade mounting portion and in which the blade mounting portion is to be fitted, and three or more flexible inner circumferential protrusions that project from an inner circumference of the central through-hole toward the center in a diametrical direction and contact at extremities thereof with the blade mounting portion fitted in the central through-hole to support the annular blade main body.

Method for producing a green body and method for further processing the green body to form a machining segment

Method for producing a green body for a machining segment (51) from a powdered or granular first matrix material (56) and first hard material particles (57), the machining segment being connected by an underside (61) to a basic body of a machining tool. The machining segment (51) has a projection (Δ) of the first hard material particles (57) on an upper side (62) opposite from the underside (61).

Cutting device

A cutting device for cutting a pipe having a pipe wall includes an elongate carrier having a tool end which is engageable with a power tool, and a free end. The device includes a guide wheel located at the free end of the carrier, which is mounted thereon for rotation relative thereto, having a bearing surface extending parallel to a longitudinal axis of the carrier. The device also includes a cutting element having a peripheral cutting edge which is located adjacent to the guide wheel being positioned intermediate the guide wheel and the tool end. The cutting element is of greater transverse dimension than the guide wheel so that when the bearing surface bears against an internal surface of the pipe the distance between the cutting edge of the cutting element and the bearing surface enables the cutting element to cut through the pipe wall.

Hubbed blade

A hubbed blade to be mounted on a spindle includes a circular hub and a circular blade fixed on a side of a first side of the hub. The blade has an opening formed through its center. The hub includes a protrusion portion protruding from the first side and having an outer peripheral edge of a shape corresponding to a shape of the opening. The hub and the blade are connected together via an adhesive with the hub and the blade being aligned each other with the protrusion portion inserted in the opening.

Tool cores may have removable sections, which may be removable without damaging, cutting or severing attachment configurations for the removable sections. The removable sections may be handled simultaneously. Moving parts used to facilitate removal of the removable sections may be secured in a pre-loaded configuration.
