Cutting device
A cutting device for cutting a pipe having a pipe wall. The cutting device includes an elongate carrier having a tool end which is engageable with a power tool and an opposed free end. The device includes a guide wheel located at the free end of the carrier which is loosely mounted thereon for rotation relative thereto, having a bearing surface extending parallel to a longitudinal axis of the carrier. The device also includes a cutting element having a peripheral cutting edge which is located adjacent to the guide wheel being positioned intermediate the guide wheel and the tool end. The cutting element is of greater transverse dimension than the guide wheel so that when the bearing surface bears against an internal surface of the pipe the distance between the cutting edge of the cutting element and the bearing surface enables the cutting element to cut through the pipe wall.
SKATE BLADE SHARPENING SYSTEM
A skate blade sharpening system used to sharpen the blades of ice skates. The skate sharpener can include a housing that includes an elongated slot for receiving the blade of an ice skate for sharpening, and clamp jaws for retaining the skate. The housing can include at least one slot cover to engage the skate blade. Engagement of the skate blade can be sensed by a controller to enable sharpening operations to proceed. The skate blade sharpening system can automatically operate a grinding wheel and move the rotating grinding wheel back and forth along the lower face of the skate blade a desired number of times to sharpen the skate blade.

A skate blade sharpening system used to sharpen the blades of ice skates. CLEANING DEVICE
A cleaning device for cleaning and/or polishing a surface having an aperture, such as a wheel rim contact surface of a motor vehicle or the like, comprises a housing, which has a rear rotary portion for rotating the housing about a rotational axis and a front fastening portion for releasably fastening a cleaning body; the cleaning body comprising a stabilising plate which faces the housing and has a centring pin that faces away from the housing and projects centrically towards the outside, and a cleaning means that covers the surface of the stabilising plate that faces away from the housing; and the fastening portion and the stabilising plate each having a corresponding connecting means for rotationally stable connection to one another.
Form dressing roller
A form dressing roller with a carrier body and a freestanding cover ring containing diamond grains and/or diamond rods configured in ceramic, metallic, or resin bond. The form dressing roller is made and used for dressing diamond and CBN grinding wheels as well as conventional wheels with abrasives made of corundum or silicon carbide. The form dressing roller includes clamping screws for securing the cover ring between the carrier body and an attachment ring, and includes a receiving hole in the center of the carrier body. The cover ring has at least three recesses.
Form dressing roller
A form dressing roller with a carrier body and a freestanding cover ring containing diamond grains and/or diamond rods configured in ceramic, metallic, or resin bond. The form dressing roller is made and used for dressing diamond and CBN grinding wheels as well as conventional wheels with abrasives made of corundum or silicon carbide. The form dressing roller includes clamping screws for securing the cover ring between the carrier body and an attachment ring, and includes a receiving hole in the center of the carrier body. The cover ring has at least three recesses.
Abrasive article and method of making same
An abrasive article has an abrasive portion with a bond and abrasive particles. A core is mounted to the abrasive portion. The core may include a plurality of segments that are interconnected to form the core. The abrasive article may include forming a plurality of core segments; assembling the core segments into a core; and then mounting the core to the abrasive portion to form the abrasive article. Forming an abrasive article may include mixing a phenolic resin, fillers and abrasive particles to form an abrasive matrix; injecting the abrasive matrix directly into a mold, such that the abrasive matrix is injection molded into a final wheel geometry; at least partially curing the abrasive matrix while it is inside the mold; and then removing the abrasive article from the mold.
Abrasive article and method of making same
An abrasive article has an abrasive portion with a bond and abrasive particles. A core is mounted to the abrasive portion. The core may include a plurality of segments that are interconnected to form the core. The abrasive article may include forming a plurality of core segments; assembling the core segments into a core; and then mounting the core to the abrasive portion to form the abrasive article. Forming an abrasive article may include mixing a phenolic resin, fillers and abrasive particles to form an abrasive matrix; injecting the abrasive matrix directly into a mold, such that the abrasive matrix is injection molded into a final wheel geometry; at least partially curing the abrasive matrix while it is inside the mold; and then removing the abrasive article from the mold.
GRINDING PLATE FOR A GRINDING DISK OF A GRINDING MACHINE AND PRODUCTION METHOD
A grinding plate for a grinding disk of a grinding machine, wherein the grinding plate has a basic body and a Velcro hook layer with Velcro hooks. The basic body of the grinding plate includes a fiber-reinforced plastic and the Velcro hook layer comprises a nonreinforced plastic. A method for producing such a grinding plate is also provided. The Velcro hook layer can be molded as a thin layer of nonreinforced plastic onto the basic body made of a fiber-reinforced plastic. The grinding plate can be produced in particular in a two-component injection molding method.
Adapter
An adapter according to one aspect is an adapter for fixing to a shaft of a grinding machine a grinding wheel having a through-hole where the shaft is inserted. The adapter is provided with a main body having at least a portion thereof inserted into the through-hole, the main body including an outer wall that contacts a wall of the through-hole and an inner wall that forms an opening that corresponds to the shaft, and a plurality of reinforcing parts provided in predetermined intervals along a circumferential direction of the main body. Each reinforcing part extends from the inner wall to the outer wall, and a notch is formed in each reinforcing part.
